Educational change follows Social change, it's reverse is also true
Both scenarios are possible.
If you consider the social problems just like corona what we faced recently there is a significant impact on education , we may include some short of awareness on this at our syllabus so here educational change follows Social change .
But if you consider the NEP 2020 now student wish to take different stream of subject just like a medical students can take music as a subject and he applies the music at his medical profession and it has a significant impact on people or society . They thing beyond traditional way hence there is a significant change among the attitude of the people. Hence it is an example of his social change follows educational change
In another example when there is a significant change in education suppose we make vocational education free but normal education costly so most of the rural people chose vocational education and they gain vocational attitude which help to change their way of living and that's the example of social change
