Can any serious issue be caused just by one day of breathing concrete dust? Like 1 - 2 hours of work in the dust. Or anything serious develops over time and daily exposure? Symptoms: difficulty breathing. Should the person go see a doctor and do lung CT or just wait for lungs to clean themselves?
