mizunogolfeurope close to feeling obliged to make a booking at the Bearwood Lakes Tour Van to test the HMB’s....will they get the Miura 501’s out of the bag!? 🤔

@@seancook2264 thanks man, I've been playing the Titleist AP2 712 for a while! So I decided it was time to spend some money 😛. I can't wait for them to arrive. Pity these mizuno's took so long to come out. Oh well.
I’ve recently changed from the MP57’s to the HMB’s and I absolutely love them. I have a 12 handicap at the moment. The trajectory, feel and acoustics of the HMB’s are amazing, an absolute pleasure to play with, I look forward to many more years with these beauts!!! Thanks for the great review and well done Mizuno, smashed it yet again!!!
10:08 That was my reaction exactly! I was fitted for the HMB's at Roger Dunn Golf Store in LA just recently, and I'm absolutely loving these irons. I couldn't resist and as soon as I picked them up went to the nearest driving range to test them and I was totally shocked by the feel and the performance. I tried all major brands prior to get fitted, but none of them provided me the same feeling and performance the HMB's does.
Same here. Went for a fitting at Silvermere, Surrey, UK. Tried 9 clubs with countless shafts. These were the best despite me thinking I wouldn’t be able to hit them as a 14 handicapper. Very close run to the Ping G410, but the spin rate on these was exceptional. Looks also won the day.
I tested the HMB on Thursday..... and the first 5 shots were all the same reaction as you.....wow...oh my word...oh goodness...crikey.... and maybe some stronger language!! every one of them looked like a birdie opportunity..... I think I’m in love!
I truly love how you caught yourself and said you would do some analysis and give a more considered evaluation, then hit one more ball and said "Oh my word. I don't need to do an evaluation. That's one of the best irons I've tried in a long time. Seriously." Can't wait to try them.

Because the ball speed you are getting off all 3 irons is SIGNIFICANTLY faster than you were achieving with the 919 reviews this time a year ago, something is up. Tour 110mph - Forged 110mph - Hot Metal 114mph, MP20 115mph, MMC 120mph, HMB 122mph. Those are HUGE gains.
So glad Mizuno have gone for chrome finish, simply stunning. Just wish I was a couple of inches taller and had a swing even just half as smooth as yours
I've recently started hitting an old set of blades. I didn't think I could hit a blade. The feel and sound is unmatched! Moreover, you can throw a blanket over a dozen shots! I really love the look, feel and sound but... do I have the confidence to actually game them and feel like I can score? I know combo sets are very popular and it seems like Mizuno is onto a winner with these 3 iron sets
Great Review Andy, your face when you hit the HMB was a picture of pleasure, joy and surprise. Priceless!!!!!!!!!! Looks like Mizuno have done it again?

Thanks for this review. MP20 HMB will now be in my comparison vs. P790 , Apex19, T200, i210 for stronger lofted players category "forged" yes I know its a stretch when you consider some of the clubs have only a face insert that's forged. Looks wins hands down CHECK! Feel, I suspect will be way at the top on well struck shots. Currently playing AP2 so of course will compare feel vs. T100. to start then go from there. Dispersion and forgiveness as well as sound will be other factors so will take many shots to get those numbers before I shell out $$$. Your review has been VERY helpful with giving a good comparison within the MP20 line and made me want to add this club in my testing this year (2020).
Good for you. I'm so sick of people complaining about lack of forgiveness. If you can get the ball off the ground there is no reason not to play the blade like you are.. Glad they make SEL lefty for you finally!!! I have a set of MB 6-PW and HMW 4, 5 with modus coming.
Great, Andy. I have to say that I think our obsession with top-line thickness is contrived. It’s nothing more than peer pressure. If we think otherwise, why would we not balk at the ungodly top-line mass of the modern 460cc driver. Surely we’d all want the lithe smallness of the persimmon woods, but we don’t because of the hitting power and consistency of the “dirty big power heads” in modern drivers. All is vanity. All is ego. I’ll take all the help I can get, and bugger the ego. And as a result of your reviews, I bought 50-, 56- and 60-degree Cleveland CBX wedges, and I love them.
Robert Page - When they fly like these monsters do you don’t even notice the top line.... lol It’s not even that big anyway. Just bigger than the blades. The HMB is MUCH smaller than my 900HM.... Oh Santa!!!!!!!👍😂
I have jpx900 forged and love them. Also purchased jpx 919 tour.. love those too but lost some distance due to less strong loft. Can't go wrong with Mizuno
Got fitted for MP20s 6-PW and HMB 4 and 5 irons in that very studio by James at Foregolf on Friday. Also 52 and 58 wedges to match. Replacing my old mp57s and T series wedges and fli hi 3; 4 and 5 irons. Tried the MMC but didn’t like the rounded toe. Loved the Hmb and mps. Can’t wait to get them delivered. Hmb great in the longer irons, but a bit too fast off the face and lower spinning from 6 upwards. Great video👍👍
I did a fitting last week and to my surprise I was fitted into the Callaway Rogues which come in at £86.50, less than half the price of the HMBs. I also tested the 919 Hot Metals at £106 which I also liked. Are the HMBs better by a margin that can justify being in the case of the Rogues twice the price.? By the way I did hit the Epic Forged (at £250 a club) and whilst they were amazing I couldn't justify them being three times the price of the Rogues. However £180 to £250 isn't as big a jump, how do these compare to the Epic Forged?
I bought the HMB’s and think it’s the best overall club that I’ve ever owned. They were going too high but Mizuno strengthen the lofts PW-7 iron...2o....4,5,6....1o strong and they are still high but boring high not floating. Your review is why I included them in my testing, thanks...
I was on the verge of buying the jpx hot metals. Then these caught my eye. First impression was that it was a comfortable middle ground between blades and game improvement irons. When I hit them, they felt fantastic. Only 5-10 yards difference than the hot metals. Enough reason for me to pull the trigger on the hmb set. I'm really looking forward to my first round using the HMBs.
Gotta agree the HMB’s are great . I just got fitted and purchased them about a month ago . So far at the range they haven’t disappointed and look awesome in the bag! Can’t wait for the warmer weather and get on the course with them ! Great review once again !
The last blades I hit were bobby burns and a mis hit HURT! So I have a built in fear of blades. I know they are not the same now... But still, my game has more needs. I hit the tiger woods iron from taylor and was amazed at how good it felt.
I just bought a full set of HMB's. My reaction was very similar to yours when you first hit them! Wow :D Keep up with the great reviews and hopefully this channel will take off enough to buy that simulator you want!
ANY1aBLUE not sure what if u had your fitting yet but I have had consistent distances with them at the range and indoors . Definitely carrying farther then my Ping g even though they are weaker lofted . Did u have fitting yet ?
Jimmy P Hello Jimmy - sorry, I’ve only just seen your reply. I had my fitting yesterday- and I’ve ordered a full set of hmb - so I hope I’ve got it right! I can’t believe the negativity I’ve seen in all other reviews where they insinuate no decent player would use the hmb unless in a combo set. I’m off 8 h’cap and was off 5 in my heyday and used blades - but I wanted a bit more help nowadays and was very impressed with how these look like blades to me, yet you get lots of help too - what’s not to like?! So, I don’t get those other reviews as I’m not put off by the look of the shorter clubs either. In the fitting, I had those reviews in the back of my mind and was trying desperately to prefer the other mizuno irons but kept coming back to the hmb because they were all round better at everything. Fingers crossed they work out when they arrive next week.......cheers. Andy
ANY1aBLUE I haven’t played a round yet with them but so far so good at the range . I’m not sure what the Knock on them is other than the steep price but that’s a whole other discussion. I also wanted MMC’s and maybe HMB’s in the lower irons but my fitter who I have taken lessons from was like u can’t beat these HMB numbers especially on mishits . Mishit a 7 iron and ur only losing 5-8 yards and fitter was like with the other ones you’re talking 12-18 yard drop offs . No brainer ! Enjoy clubs
Sorry- I LOVE the blade !!, and I'm buying them. Im really feeling like I have to apologize for playing blades, and it should not be so. Fact is todays blades are not near as harsh as they used to be.
I'm not Andy but in my opinion, I think you can. I used to be a 15 and I went to muscle back irons. My handicap lowered to 10 and then to 6. These days, muscle back irons are not as hard to hit.
Andy. Have you bagged the HMB’s or still gaming old irons? Went for fitting for hmb, I play mmc mp18, fitter to his credit said stick with mmc, hmb were 2 yards better carry. Not enough gains for £1100
I love the look of the MP-20 & the HMB. I'D think though the MMC and the HMB would be a good combo for me so I wish they would of made them all in the same look. Thanks for the excellent content!!! Oh and I'd love to have a set of the limited pure copper MP-20 they're awesome looking. I wish they'd give that option in general!!!
It would be nice to see comparison (ball speed, dispersion, carry distance, spin, apex, etc) between mizuno hmb, Taylormade 790 and Ping I500. Price is pretty much close? But performance?
Would like to know what shaft and flex you were using on the HMB??? Also could you do a review of these Mizuno HMB irons vs the Hogan PTX Pro iron..Thou the lofts are stronger on the HMB, I think you would find that the results are almost the same...Thanks....Ali
I had a quick try of these blades the other day mate, not as thin a top line as I was hoping/ expecting. But they performed superb. 34 degree loft, -185 carry!
@@TheAverageGolfer I'd had a lesson the day before and was striking the ball well, but even so I was surprised how far they were actually carrying, after hearing all the horror stories of how hard blades are to hit! These are a very very similar looking profile to my AP2s and just as easy to hit, in my opinion!!!!
Really like these types of reviews. Having said that, what is your handicap? What is your driver swing speed? I feel like I'm even a bit better than average and I swing driver at 95-97mph. I average 82-86 per 18 holes and not from the tips. We play the second from the back tee all the time. I don't golf in a league nor do I really practice to speak of lol. I literally just bought a used set of mp18 mmc last night and look forward to trying them. Personally for the "average" golfer I haven't found a club that "makes me better" and I've used a LOT of clubs lol.
Can a mid/high handicapper play the HMB’s? I’m a decent ball striker and have good swing speed for my handicap, struggle a little bit with the driver and wedges. How different are the HMB’s to say JPX921 hot metal pro’s? I have a good deal on a set of HMB’s but I’m scared to pull the trigger because I can’t really find an answer to who they are for.
Last weekend I hit the MMC and the MB and the MMC hit the ball almost straight up in the air, but the MB launched it perfectly and I gained yardage from my old clubs. it will be the 20 Muscle back for me.
I've been demo-ing the HMB's and I generally agree with his assessment. I love the sound and feel of these irons but frankly I am a bit put off by their lofts. The seven iron, for example, has a 32 degree loft, compared to most other iron sets in which the 7-iron would be 30 or 30.5 with some as low as 28.5 degrees. Since I generally don't have trouble hitting high shots with my 5 through wedges, the net result for me with the HMB's is actually a higher ball flight and slight loss of distance for me, club for club, with the HMB's compared to my other irons. (For example, compared to my Calloway Apex seven iron at 30.5 degrees.) Maybe it's just me, but something to be aware of when comparing irons. I'm an old guy with great swing tempo, but not a real fast swing speed, so I'm reluctant to give up yardage in exchange for a higher ball flight. IMHO. But the HMB's give me probably the best "feel" of any iron I've hit. I wish I could consistently hit a blade and I'd go for the MB's because of their loft \ ball flight.
Hello. Thanks for another great review. I’m going for a fitting shortly. I’ve tried the 7 iron mmc and hmb and like you I preferred the hmb. I’d prefer not to do a combo set, but concerned the 8-pw might be inconsistent in distances ie too hot. Did you manage to check this out please?
"Shiny" (please see the song in the film Moona) which sums up my views on these clubs. Blades were never my thing but the 919 Tours were so easy to hit (apart from 5i which just scared me), although I have recently bought, and love, i210s I think I could play a combo Mizuno set with 7-PW in blades. However, the HMB is a really interesting club. I am not a fan of thick top lines, but I might be able to forgive that for the right results. That brings us to the results, the blades deliver exactly what you expect but the MMC & HMB are a surprise: other than looks the HMB renders the MMC irrelevant might also make the JPX 919 line (other than the Tours) a bit irrelevant
Funny trend emerging in thicker top lines - thought the new Titleist irons were all chunkier than expected. Must be the design, manufacturing capabilities & materials.
Would be the blade for me ,my 7 iron goes around 170 with 34 degrees of loft on my 919 tours ,also minimal offset is a big thing as my bad shots are left .One thing I do like about traditional lofts is the nice higher ball flight .Very nice irons by Mizuno again ,Still prefer the more dull satin finish ,but thats just my opinion .Nice review Andy .
Its time for me to change my clubs. My current hcp (I'm a hack at 15.4, 12 years ago, I was 3.4. 61 y/o)... my current tool is Hogan FW-15 (5 years old). Just fitted for pings, I hit them all... my swing wasn't working that day... i wasted the club fitters time that day .... Two weeks later, I wanted by NEW, even if I sux!!! ... went back at it again... ping 210, Mizuno MP-20, MP-20 MMC, MP-20 HMB... My results, MP-20 - 3 BALLS - not great... MP-20 HMB - 3 balls, was like the heaven just opened up... Best solid strike feel in the last 10 years.... I hit 10 more... same feel... ok, maybe I just have it that day... tired the Ping 210, 2 balls... nope I ain't got it.... grabbed the HMB, 5 more solid shots... (my feeling was just like this author).... Sorry, I didn't try the MMC.... slapped down $1,200... 5 week lead time... I'll post up when I put them in play... PS, I was hitting off mats, inside a store...
Split set for sure for my game I'd go 4 to 6 hmb 7-pw MMC maybe even use the mb pitching wedge but I ain't no where near good enough to play full blades
Great video as always, love your take on irons for the average golfer. I’m an 8 handicap and bought a used set of Cobra s3 pros to try out and see what mb/ more blade like irons could work and I am so pleased with them that now considering a new set of mp20s or p730’s combined with perhaps mp20 hmb and p760s respectively for the 3 and 4 iron. Need to try them out but thinking blades are the way forward for me :) you seemed so impressed with the hmb have you put them in your bag?
Enjoyed the review. I’m a 5 handicap and I’m seriously thinking about a full set of the HMBs. I’m currently playing the Hot Metal Pros and really enjoying them. I’m not sure if I would gain anything by upgrading. Your thoughts?
play with the MP18MMC and have tried the new ones. Im with you that there is not much change but the new MMC do feel slightly softer. Not with you on the HMB as they are chunky and unattractive at address (horses for courses). great review and has definitely saved me over £1k LOL
Not that enamored with looks and feel, just consistency and performance. Forgiveness is a plus. Likely I would go with the HMB or perhaps the Ping I500.
I’ve just done that with my JPX 900 forged and they fit perfectly. Still like the look of the JPX 900 in the shorter irons but the performance of HMB in the 4, 5 & 6 irons is awesome. A great blend and definitely the way to go
David Mitchell WHY is it DEFINITELY the way to go? I just don’t get why the shorter hmb irons are being dissed so much? They look great to me. Did you try the 7,8,9 and pw in hmb? If not - how can you be DEFINATE?!
Great review And. Well I do believe I could be Be testing them against the PXG 0211 at the end of the year to get ready for next season...Mean while I think you should be heading out with the P790 PXG 0211 and the HMB and giving them a head to head review. Perhaps get a few golfers involved for a indepth review.....But going of looks alone I`m smitten with the HMB. One thing that I can`t do with is clubs with to much meat in the sole of the club from front to back...Living in hope these or the 0211 suit me.
@@exodus8094 the 3-5 very nice clubs. I love hitting them. I’d say forgiveness wise they are good for a bladed set but if your looking for a little more forgiveness grab the mmc in the 4-5 the 3 u can get in either a hot metal or hmb. But me personally I love the titleist u500
I would use the blade version. 1) The look of the club behind the ball. I don't like a chunky club head behind the ball. 2) Feel and feedback. 3) Traditional lofts. 4) Minimal to no offset.
I play a mixed set of mp18 and mp18 mmc and tbh, I hit the blades better. They certainly dont go as far or as high, but it's easier for me to hit a thinner profile than a thicker one. I have no clue why , I guess aim small miss small? I really wish I could find a blade that has tech like tungsten. I know they are getting close, but to me it's not there yet
Hi Andy, Great review and you’ve definitely set me a challenge and a few thoughts required, the reason why? I’ve won a set of MPs of my choice including shaft and Grip along with a fitting at Barewood Lakes from James Robinson golf. My only problem is the fitting as I believe Barewood Lakes is near Heathrow and as you know I live in Northumberland, like yourself maybe 25 years ago I was good enough to play the blades but not now and again like yourself I’m not struck on the looks of the MMCs at the back. So it looks like HMBs possibility all the way or do I combo them 4-7 HMB 8-PW MMC or MP20s then the gapping would be a issue if I went 8-PW in the MP 20s anyway a nice problem too have!!! Thank you for a totally honest review as normal.
mat tisdale Exactly! The HMB could be a contender. Should be interesting for everyone that is more into the Mizuno style. Like me. P790 are a modern classic already, but I’m not a TM guy at all.
@@TheAverageGolfer I honestly think if you want these irons you better order them now because I believe the demand is going to far outweigh even their most optimistic expectations - and they will shortly be on backorder.
Matthew McArthur -When it flies long and straight, you won’t even notice... lol Better players generally like the smaller look. I kinda think a little bigger iron gives hacks like me a little more confidence... When they fly like these irons do, they can look like a boxcar & I’d be ok with it... 😉

Loved your reaction when you first hit the HMB. WOW. :)
Great review when you get to the HMB - you can see how impressed you are straight away
I think thats a great decision and nice to hear feedback from golfers who have tried them
Love my HMBs - bent the loft one degree stronger and got a proper shaft for my swing - can't beat them!
Gotta agree the HMB’s are great . I just got fitted and purchased them about a month ago . So far at the range they haven’t disappointed and look awesome in the bag! Can’t wait for the warmer weather and get on the course with them ! Great review once again !
Great review, its odd to see no pause between a practice shot and a real shot but hey whatever works!! Cheers mate
Hello. I’m going for a fitting shortly. Just wondered if the hmb 8-pw were too hot in terms of distance control. What’s your opinion please?
Enjoy clubs
Good to see you back in front of the camera!
never been away from it?
Sorry- I LOVE the blade !!, and I'm buying them. Im really feeling like I have to apologize for playing blades, and it should not be so. Fact is todays blades are not near as harsh as they used to be.
Great look with the silver ferrules.
Hi Andy. Could I get away with the HMBs.? I'm off 14.
Thanks
I'm not Andy but in my opinion, I think you can. I used to be a 15 and I went to muscle back irons. My handicap lowered to 10 and then to 6. These days, muscle back irons are not as hard to hit.
just bought a set of mp20 MB's. they are perfection. i may never hit a different iron, ever.
I’m taking your advice on the HMB. I’ll keep you posted. Thanks for the videos.
Good luck Lawrence 👍
Hope you enjoy the course today. I'll maybe see you after the round.
Quality irons and a quality review as always Andy. Do you miss the MP5’s?
Thanks for the content buddy
In some ways yes, I loved the MP5's as they were pure, in golf terms I am now using irons more suited to my ability though
Andy. Have you bagged the HMB’s or still gaming old irons?
Went for fitting for hmb, I play mmc mp18, fitter to his credit said stick with mmc, hmb were 2 yards better carry. Not enough gains for £1100
Beautiful looking irons as usual with Mizuno and would love a comparison between the mp20 hmb and the jpx 919 forged 👍🏻 YNWA
Yes plenty to go head to head with these
I love the look of the MP-20 & the HMB.
But performance?
the cleveland cbx2 wedges have just been released in the uk are you planning a review on them
If I can get hold of them yes
Gorgeous clubs. Especially the blades. But I’m always searching for forgiveness. Aspire to blade, impressed by HMB
same
Would like to know what shaft and flex you were using on the HMB??? Also could you do a review of these Mizuno HMB irons vs the Hogan PTX Pro iron..Thou the lofts are stronger on the HMB, I think you would find that the results are almost the same...Thanks....Ali
I had a quick try of these blades the other day mate, not as thin a top line as I was hoping/ expecting. But they performed superb. 34 degree loft, -185 carry!
You hit it too far!
I really need a set of MP20 HMB. My dream irons. I just can't afford a set :(
Really like these types of reviews.
Massive review. Enjoyed it immensely!
The HMB seems borderline game improvement, open to a wide range of golfers. Will definitely try, great video thanks for your efforts.
Yes I would agree
Cheers Andy, love your style and your reviews, thanks for your honesty 👍👍👍👍👍⛳⛳
Cheers Paul
I would agree, not seeing why anyone would choose the MMC
Goid looking irons. Could you review the pursuit 510 blades from gigagolf They look great.
Funny trend emerging in thicker top lines - thought the new Titleist irons were all chunkier than expected. Must be the design, manufacturing capabilities & materials.
I think you have this right John
How would you compare them to the PXG Gen 2 irons in terms of looks and feel? I know the Gen 2’s are twice the price per iron. Great review Andy. Thx.
Interestingly the peak height was higher on the 32* HMB?
Franny LEE of golf ! Look at his face - just look at his face! 😄 I was wondering what to treat myself to this xmas and now I know cheers..........
Regarding the HMB, can you tell us how you really feel?
undecided
I think you are talking minor differences, not game changing, Hot Metal Pros are good irons, not as good feel as these but I would change
A full set of HMB’s popped up on marketplace for $500. Might pull the trigger😀
play with the MP18MMC and have tried the new ones. Im with you that there is not much change but the new MMC do feel slightly softer. Not with you on the HMB as they are chunky and unattractive at address (horses for courses). great review and has definitely saved me over £1k LOL
"Oh, My Word," says it all. Local fitter only 4 miles away.🤤
Good luck Joe
@@TheAverageGolfer Keep up your good work, "Average Golfer".
Awesome review! Please keep them coming!
Thanks Klay
Had fitting yesterday cobra worked better for me between hmb and forged tec
For a 5 handicapper, would you go MMC or Titleist T200???
Not that enamored with looks and feel, just consistency and performance. Forgiveness is a plus. Likely I would go with the HMB or perhaps the Ping I500.
how do you like the hmb compared to the jpx 921 forged?
Can’t wait to hit ‘em irons. Time to retire my old Mizuno blades. And thanks for a very good in-bias review. 👍
Good work Andy, I was the same as u, hmb is wow!!
Really are impressive
Great review Andy. HMB is intriguing. I wonder if I could blend it with my 900 JPX Forged. 4, 5, and 6 iron maybe.
maybe
I’ve just done that with my JPX 900 forged and they fit perfectly. Still like the look of the JPX 900 in the shorter irons but the performance of HMB in the 4, 5 & 6 irons is awesome. A great blend and definitely the way to go
David Mitchell WHY is it DEFINITELY the way to go? I just don’t get why the shorter hmb irons are being dissed so much? They look great to me. Did you try the 7,8,9 and pw in hmb? If not - how can you be DEFINATE?!
Just doing quotes for next week, have put another £1000 on top to cover the cost of set of hmb’s and I’ve not seen them yet, any body want some g700’s
Hey Andy, now the big question how do the HMB’s compare to our 0211’s ??
Another video John?
Great review And. Well I do believe I could be Be testing them against the PXG 0211 at the end of the year to get ready for next season...Mean while I think you should be heading out with the P790 PXG 0211 and the HMB and giving them a head to head review. Perhaps get a few golfers involved for a indepth review.....But going of looks alone I`m smitten with the HMB. One thing that I can`t do with is clubs with to much meat in the sole of the club from front to back...Living in hope these or the 0211 suit me.
I will be doing that head to head
I have the MP20 MB 3-9 and all I gotta say are these clubs are amazing
How is the 3-5 iron? I’m getting new irons soon and wondering if I should go for a combo set after 6 iron
What’s your thoughts and a combo set, blending the MP with the HMB at the 7 iron ?
I like it a lot
So...how do they compare to the P790, i500 and PXG's then :-)
separate video?
This! 0211 v hmb?
Great review! How would you compare the HMB vs the jpx919 forged?
I would use the blade version.
1) The look of the club behind the ball. I don't like a chunky club head behind the ball.
2) Feel and feedback.
3) Traditional lofts.
4) Minimal to no offset.
I play a mixed set of mp18 and mp18 mmc and tbh, I hit the blades better. They certainly dont go as far or as high, but it's easier for me to hit a thinner profile than a thicker one. I have no clue why , I guess aim small miss small? I really wish I could find a blade that has tech like tungsten. I know they are getting close, but to me it's not there yet
Thats interesting
Could you flight Hmb down on a windy day
I love my first generation Hot Metals with The Rifle shafts!
What’s your thoughts on the hmb vs the P790’s as you love them as well.
Video coming soon!
mat tisdale Exactly! The HMB could be a contender. Should be interesting for everyone that is more into the Mizuno style. Like me. P790 are a modern classic already, but I’m not a TM guy at all.
Good review Andy.
Cheers
"oh my word - I don't need to do an evaluation - that is one of the best irons i've tried in a long time" (The Average Golfer : HMB)
It was a moment
@@TheAverageGolfer I honestly think if you want these irons you better order them now because I believe the demand is going to far outweigh even their most optimistic expectations - and they will shortly be on backorder.
Why does top line thickness matter? Does it have an effect on performance?
No but for some its an important visual
Matthew McArthur -When it flies long and straight, you won’t even notice... lol
Better players generally like the smaller look. I kinda think a little bigger iron gives hacks like me a little more confidence...
When they fly like these irons do, they can look like a boxcar & I’d be ok with it... 😉
All visual.
Hey Andy how do the HMB compare to the epic forged? Good video.
HMB better
