Do you ever remember a night at SF where the X must have been cut with something and 95% of the club was sitting!! I kid you not. I’ve never seen so many people sitting in a club never mind SF. I took it and was also sitting lol.
I just listened to this and completely reminisced on all those old memories and how the meaning of this song meant to much to me when I use to play it .. I'm young I'm 26, when my mom was about 30ish she use to go to the sound factory with her bf and they use to make these custom outfits that were so hot! And I grew up on this music and I grew to love and appreciate the beauty of old school house techno whatever you call it
Momma raised you well. Nothing will ever compare to the club scene at that time. Sorry you couldn't experience it but im sure mom can tell you some crazy stories! 😆 l
There will never be anything that compares to the love and passion that went on in the Factory. Tunnel was goth and dark... great in its own way... but Factory had a pure energy that was unrivaled. Pacha is fun, but without the candy we used to play with it just could never be the euphoric to level Factory was.... Hex Hector, Johnny Vicious and JP just knew how to blow the fuckin roof off night after night. Best all time moment was the 10th anniversary at 11:00 in the morning. Place was absolutely packed because noone wanted to leave. JP fired up Let the Sunshine and forget it... the people outside must have thought there was a massacre going on inside b/c pep's went ballistic. Thank you Richard Grant for the best times of my crew's lives. Rest in peace, you are not forgotten!
Richard Grant was so lucky that he didn’t go to jail all because the guy under him was stealing so his defense team said how can u believe anything he’s saying?!? But anyway man Best times for me were from 1998-2004. Nothing is the same now. I’m also 37 years old now and I can’t believe how fast time as gone. Do you remember when the SF website had a forum and everyone just typed what they did how amazing it was, what drugs they took and if anyone got thrown out the back Door downstairs because of an OD to their Private Ambulances that they had hired. Place used to be incredible. It was my home. I live in Philadelphia and I knew everyone every Saturday night. And never forget about the 48+ hour weekend shows with JP all the time. Pacha cant even compare!!
