From a produce clerk at a grocery store in Charlotte, NC to one of Knoxville's best French cuisine chefs. Back in 2005, chef Robertson introduced Knoxville to a whole new cuisine experience with the opening of the Northshore Brasserie, a restaurant and bar serving French/Belgian cuisine in a pub like yet elegant atmosphere.
