Amanda is actually rebecca soul trapped in the tape and wooly is sam colton ( rebecca's dad ) trapped as well becz u might remember the tapes where they said that sam colton went missing. So, my theory is that the hamlen entertainment people killed sam colton and trapped his soul in wolly also they made rebecca say those strange pie man baa lamb words becz these words come inside the 72 demons logic table or something. Hamlen entertainment wanted to connect rebecca (amanda) to the demons becz they secretly do demonology i think. So far, i only know that amanda (rebecca) and wooly (sam colton) are the ones trapped inside the tapes. Another thing is that the demon inside amanda ( rebecca ) can be trigged by feeling of agitation and guilt ( i think) maybe thats y when amanda (rebecca) says things like ( i sometimes feel my self rotting, do u know the opposite of alive etc) wooly (sam colton) cuts her off by talking positively to save amanda (rebecca) from letting the demon transform .
