Only use one device. If you use multiple, you will get kicked out

I think Iu,'s team screwed up and didn't realize how popular should be in the states. Many fans didn't get the opportunity to buy

Let say I login 11:40am and waiting time says 10min before 12.
Do I need to refresh at 11:50 to join waitlist or just stay from 11:40?

You might need to click the join queue/waitlist button if needed, but do NOT refresh when 12pm hits. Ticketmaster will refresh for you

There should be a button that says something like “enter waiting queue”. You have to press that to get a spot in queue. You will only be put to the back of the queue if you join after 12 pm.
