This video is really, really helpful, especially the combo part!
Ending on SP + Fenrir is so good!
The opponent needs to do something to get over SP and that usually is costing them the Battle Phase. And if we get another turn, as Kashtira, it’s way easier for us to OTK or at least have them low enough for Red-Eyes to burn them in a few moves.

That's exactly our gameplan! The goal of the turn 0 it's just to survive, and I found the S:P+Fenrir board the most likely to do it. Also, it guarantees a starter for next turn (since we are not using the card we add with Fenrir on turn 0), and covers Evenly after side

Do not cut Ogre! Labrynth is pretty common and prep destroys it. They use big welcome then you can banish any card they bounce back after it resolves.

For sure it's worth to try it, at least at the start of the new format. Something I noticed is that the deck unfortunately struggles to banish its own stuff (we only have Shifter and the Annihilator after turn 0), and Prep gets way stronger once you can. Also, it's not useful under Evenly or Storm, wich are common after side

    I play 3 Ogre and 2 prep.
    Why? Why not?

I usually add engine cards if they do something more when drawn together with the main ones. Unfortunately, you can't summon Ogre if you start with Fenrir or if your Unicorn gets negated, nor adds a push when you go 2nd. Although, having more engine makes Theosis always live, so it's something you can try

@@bluemoy oo, now I understand yes. It’s true. Having Fenrir is perfect, Ogre won’t help. Better to have a hand trap or spell.
Very good. But listen my thoughts:
Ogre is very high stat beater, special summon, and +1 preparations. Works well with Kashitratheosis. Having hand trap + kashitratheosis instead is bad.
Preparations trap, works well vs labrynth and impermanence.
I also forgot to mantion that I use the spell “sacred swords”, banish 1 level 7 from field/hand and draw 2 cards. So I do summon ogre, eff add prep, swords, and have room for fenrir. Also I summon Ogre with prep because it’s removed.
Don’t know but it works well for me. I am a very old player. Old school tactics bro

The Sacred Sword idea is very cool! Banish your own stuff is crucial to make the engine work better

I disagree, it has a strong engine and a lot of room for going 2nd + shifter
