    Thank you so much for your reply that was very kind. Gosh i love flowers but i do love spring flowers. My daughter Chanel got engaged 4 weeks ago in Florence the flowers were stunning but nothibg like your amazing touch. Thank you again. MERRY CHRISTMAS

    The bulk alum spice online are large granulated and not fine powder like what is available at grocery stores. Is the granulated type okay or would you recommend the fine powder?

      Jayne Lyson hi I'm only familiar with a soft powdery variety I would think the other would work as well if it dissolves

      Michael G THAT'S what I did wrong! My alum did not dissolve. It just sunk to the bottom of the container. Regardless, the arrangement did last!

      The alum powder that you mentioned which is available from spice shop. May I ask, beside for hydrangea, what else can we use this spice for.
      I am from Asia, at least I can describe to the grocery shop. Thank you.

    Btw can you answer me a quick question please. I have 6 beautiful hydrangea bushes in my garden But they are all pink. Why do most flower people use white and green in their design?

      Princess Julia because commercially they're the most available and the most affordable the pink ones can get pricey and green and white goes with most color systems or at least better
