Thanks for putting a vlog on trinidad and tobago. Spent three years of my childhood in Trinidad, and they are some of the sweetest memories of my life. Got to meet brian lara as well. You probably did not enjoy it much because it was a short trip, but had you explored more, you would have loved it. A third of the population there are of indian origin, there are temples there, and indian culture is a big part of the island. During my three years of stay, I never felt that I am completely disconnected from India. Trinidad is the most prosperous nation in the Caribbean as it is a oil producing nation. However, you were right about Trinidad being infamous for the high level of crime rate, and we always had to be cautious during our stay. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful nation.

highest ethnicity of trinidad is indian mostly from bihar and UP who were forcefully taken to trinidad around 200 yrs back....hinduism is the largest culture followed there, some beautiful temples too, many indian origin cricketers like ravi rampaul, chanderpaul, darren ganga etc,....the earlier head of trinidad was kamala persaud bissesar, so indian culture is dominanat there, also many sindhis migrated there during partition, hence you find Mr Khemlani there
Chanderpual is guyanese not from T&T Hindus aren't the largest religion or culture its 20% better to say its mutii cultural made up of many cultures to much to mention;east Indians are 35% of the population other large ethnic group are Africans at 34 % Christianity are the largest religion 2 /3
