That has to be because you’re eventually going to highlight the under eye with your concealer so it’s not a must to apply foundation in that area but if your foundation get there, it’s still fine.

Pls I want to ask a question. After using the concealer to highlight the face you then make use of powder twice. Which powder Is the first and second? Is it the foundation powder and the highlighting powder?
Sis please you can dry the concealer with a press powder and later highlight it again with a setting powder. Thanks

Buy not applying too much eyeshadow base and patting your eyeshadow in, not rubbing.
