It’s day 2 of our car hire, we have a day shopping at Orlando’s Premium Outlets, head over to the Contemporary Resort to watch the Happily Ever After fireworks from the pontoon boat and call in at Disney Springs for a lucky stop at Gideon’s for a cookie!

I dont normally have breakfast in Disney World, I normally just have a protein bar or yoghurt, but Trattoria al Forno on the boardway is the best gluten free breakfast I've had in Disney World, would recommend!

And if you like Chinese p.f. chang's at the mall next to the cheese cake factory does gluten free, I’ve struggled to find gluten free Chinese in the uk 😂

Nat just watched the knightstrider they went to trader joes and apparently there’s a lot of gluten/celiac free food in there - I know it’s not sit down meals but may help with snacks and that when your out there 👍
