That Polish club's shirt is Widzew Łódż (pronunced /veedzev woodz/), currently in the 2nd tier of Polish football. The shirt is from 2003/04 season.
Russia is player issue which you can tell by:
- size provided in number, not letter
- adizero technology instead of climacool/climalite
- transfer adidas logo
- shirt being much lighter than the standard version

Numbers in the size mean it is player issue/spec. The numbers are for the different sizes. instead of having just S/M/L/XL, they have 1-8, which helps players to get a shirt that is a better fit for them. Some players might want a shirt in between a medium and a large, and a size 6 or 7 would fit into that category

Widzew lodz are a very traditional polish team but they were relegated to the 4th tier because of financial issues. The city of lodz has a derby(like krakow) against lks lodz, one of the best in poland, but they were also relegated because of financial issues

Widzew Lodz is one of the bigger club i polish history. They played in the semifinal of the european cup 1982 and Polands biggest player of all time played there (Zbigniek Boniek). Szczęsny dad played for the club in the 90s so i guess thats why the card was in there.
