½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon Sugar ½茶匙 糖
1 tablespoon Hua diao wine 1汤匙 花雕酒
1 tablespoon Corn flour 1汤匙 玉米粉
Ingredients 配料 :
1 Egg 1粒 鸡蛋
5 tablespoon Corn flour 5汤匙 玉米粉
5 tablespoon Plain flour 5汤匙 面粉
1 tablespoon White Sesame 1汤匙 白芝麻
Lemon Sauce 柠檬酱汁 :
2 tablespoon Lemon juice 2汤匙 柠檬汁
½ teaspoon Fish sauce ½茶匙 鱼露
2 tablespoon Honey 2汤匙 蜂蜜
1 teaspoon Corn flour 1茶匙 玉米粉
100ml Water 100毫升 水
