    Just found your channel! It is so helpful. Could you speak on Vanguard’s fund on investnow - International Shares Select Exclusions Index Fund? Thank you!

    Hey, how did you get 3.12% yield for VAS? I'm looking now at the vanguard website and it says 4.56% since inception. All your numbers seem low, am i missing something?

    • @BrentColeman
      @BrentColeman  Месяц назад +1

      Hey! These numbers are based on the twelve month trailing dividend payments (TTM) and the market price as at 8th December. As the price changes daily, so too would the yield, so day by day the yield will drift up and down. Since inception figures would look at all the dividends since 2009, and annualise those against the 2009 price. Hope that helps!

    Hi Brent
    Excellent videos as usual...I was wondering for kiwis is there any taxation advantage to invest in ASX dividend stocks/ETF compared to USA dividend stocks/ETF?

    • @BrentColeman
      @BrentColeman  Месяц назад +1

      Hey! 👋 thank you! To the best of my knowledge there isn’t. The only advantage kiwis have when it comes to dividend investing is through local PIE funds. Hope that helps!

    Hi, is it fine to have NDQ and VHY at the same time?

      Depends on your investing goals, and what sectors/markets you want exposure to

    Hi Brent
    Great video. Are there any ETF from vanguard for small and mid caps?

    • @BrentColeman
      @BrentColeman  Месяц назад +2

      Hey! You have a couple options - Aus small caps you could take a look at VSO, and for global take a look at VISM on the ASX. Hope that helps!

    Three weeks ago you recommended vgs and vas, now vgs didn't even make the list?

    • @BrentColeman
      @BrentColeman  Месяц назад +2

      I don’t make recommendations. This video shows the Vanguard funds with the highest dividends, that one talked about a popular investment portfolio allocation. Two different topics

      This video is just showing the highest dividend Vanguard ETFs at the present time - portfolio allocation is a separate topic all together

      @BrentColeman Agreed...it's part of the picture though. I don't think it pays to look at aspects of an investment in isolation.

      Australia is the only country with franking credits.. you just need to be smart in the way you invest and not be a trader
