I liked your stance on the fictional aircrafts, i mean after the F-16AJ gaijin opened the pandora box of fictional aircraft, if they added that why they cant add paper planes and even mockup planes or even unfinished ones? as long as they are accurately represented. They can even add a puprple box (or any color) to them like the green box of squadron vehicles soi they will be marked as paper planes and they can even exclude them for some gamemodes if it bothers people or add an option for people that doesent want to see them on sim for example.

The B36 had one other superlative: it carried biggest conventional bomb by weight ever carried by an aircraft. This was the T-12 Cloudmaker, a huge 43,600 lbs (19,800 kg) earthquake bomb more than 25 feet (7.6 meters) in length..... and the B36 could carry and drop two of these monstrosities in one sortie.
@@thesnazzycomet 42000lbs is quite a bit larger, but would open the door to things like MOAB and the British 22000lbs grand slam, give big bombers a purpose again aside from being cannon fodder for jets
apart from personal reasons i can't imagine why you want to add more bombers. What is it gonna add to the current gameplay? Apart from mixed Ground/Air battles their gameplay is basicly dead in the water. Fly to base, bomb, repeat if you survive. Like he mentioned himself, the whole gameplay has to be changed for some of those kind of bombers that are mentioned. And for example air realistic hasn't really changed in the past decade if you ask me. I don't see that happening. Also some fighters carry plenty big enough bombloads and are also effective in other ways supporting their team. Bombers are such a drain on the gameplay that they are limited to 4 per team. Doesn't that say enough that either they can't design or don't want to design engaging gameplay for it.
Well, I really want to see is a “timeline “game mode, where instead of playing with planes by battle rating, you play with the aircraft that would exist during a time frame. Of course, this would mean stuff like the peashooter going up against BF 109’s and zeros but I think would be really interesting to see how you would play the game or how tactics would change if you could only use vehicles that were actually fought against each other.
I think WT doing this would suffer from the same problem WoT did when they tried it years ago. Everyone wants to be in the BF-109 or the Zero. No one wants to be in the Peashooter. Though the Hawk would be an option for the Allies as well.
To fix the bomber problem, Gaijin could add a bomber focused game mode. It could work where player bombers spawn with player escorts on a large target rich map. Interceptors all spawn on the ground and the objective for them is to just eliminate all bombers with reduced awards given to killing escort fighters, thus making them play the objective. Escorts need to kill intercepers with reduced rewards for ground kills. Bombers need to hit all targets, if they do, they win, if they are all shot down they loose. Fighters could be offered one respawn if they have other aircraft in their lineup. Bombers dont get a respawn and the BRs could be changed up for this game mode to make most bombers face guns rather than missiles or air to air missiles could just be disabled. There could also be a last ditch option where if a certain amount of time passes and the match is nearing its end, missiles become active.
The only problem is, there are a lot of planes for Russia that haven’t been added, I would argue more due to the Yak line being too decompressed. We’re missing things like the yak 140, 151, 130 for top tier and the Tu 128, 28, 160 and 95, as the tu line isn’t really fleshed out either and a lot of Cold War stuff has been skipped over quite severely
There is also the "AIR" planes, a whole list of planes built by yakolvlev pre ww2, same goes for the "Ya" planes, let's talk about the yak 28p too, the interceptor version of the yak 28
There was soo much development through the 50s and 60s. So many aircraft (and tanks) gaijin skipped for some reason. It was really disappointing back a couple years ago when they started pushing more and more modern with every update. We sat for years with only first and second gen jets, and as soon as they started to add 3rd gen stuff every update was a huge jump and now we are well into 4th gen. They could have been was more incremental and balanced in how they added vehicles
@@panther-nk2hnthey'll breach into that with f18s and eurofighters, wich probably (at least one of the 2,most likely the f18) will be in the next update
8:07 The thing is, a bomber with no countermeasures can’t be put at a tier with missiles. Unless they make it have so much durability that it just ignores them, which wouldn’t be fair. So they need to have missile jets at a higher tier, but jets that dont can stay.
There are 3 American "paper planes" that I'd like to see added to War Thunder: The XB35 Flying wing, its successor: the YB-49, and the XF5U Flying Flapjack. I feel like the XF5U could work as a premium/battle pass vehicle around 5.7-6.3. As for the bombers, they could probably work at around 7.3-7.7. All three of these designs were actually built and tested.
Why would you have the flapjack at 5.7 let alone 6.3? Its super slow, has no weapons and is not a very good climber I see no place that it would fit in
@@itmejac6945The B-52 has chaff and flares, and the tail gun is radar directed so it basically had its own CIWS. In particular, the B-52H was the one that had the 20mm vulcan. All B-52 models have/had powerful ECM suites. You can't shoot down what you can't lock onto.
If we were to get some of these big jet bombers, then I think that every tree that don’t have any already should get a few jet powered bomber interceptors that would also be cool to see in the game
Thank you so so much for mentioning the FJ1-Fury I feel like it would be such a good low tier jet and just fun to fly as it’s so small and early design
Adding “Paper planes” would be amazing for top tier as nations like Germany lack actual aircraft they used but have a decent amount of unbuilt designs.
@@danpurcell404 for Germany, they only have the F-4F ICE, a few Eurofighters, and F-35. But adding vehicles like the EADS MAKO, MBB Lampyridae, TKF-90, TDEFS, and other stuff would allow top tier to not be a swarm of F-35s
@@A3Retard Im not sure about adding planes that havent left the drawing board, but Im all for adding prototypes for Germany such as the EWR VJ 101 or the VFW VAK 191B
B-36 is absolutely unbalanceable. It’s bigger than 2 bv238s and can carry 4 F-111s worth of bombs while still being very fast and heavily armed with 20mms. Would get eaten by missiles but would basically end every single game if it gets to the airfield
anti air would be happy to finally be able to shoot something tho, it might be big and deadly but there's a way to fix this, increase the player limit in ground rb (ab) and air rb (ab), might be weird but come on we can't leave that beast out of the game, 7.3-8.3 looks great for it where strong spaa exist and also jet fighters with missiles, problem fixed both ways
More players isnt needed at all. It would be largely fine at 8.3 or 8.7 - it isn't fast enough to outrun the jets at that BR, and for GRB it would be too cumbersome for any kind of precision bombing on top of being too large to fly low without being the easiest target known to man. And AA at that BR would also be able to handle it without much issue - it's not like it can evade gunfire even if it sees it coming.
@@Tobias-wb6kd alright let's keep in mind that it's a big bomber with jet engines (kinda) and 8.3-8.7 seems slightly overkill for it but what if that br is for air rb but when you switch to ground rb with it still in your ground rb line up the br for the b36 changes to 7.7 or something like that idk but I probably know why you chose 8.3 for it and it's because it carries 2 mini nukes on it but it's not impossible to balance, just tricky
air rb alone would just be a death sentence because the entire enemy team is gonna be drooling their way towards you so maybe add new game achievements with quite a high reward (2000 sl or 5000 sl) for protecting this specific bomber or just escorting it for at least 2 minutes (ofc staying reasonably close to it to earn the game achievement) because that thing will be a pile of junk without anyone protecting it, it's a literal magnet for enemies and even if it has 20mm turrets, they have missiles and fast firing guns plus a strong jet engine in the back powering them towards you at high speeds
@@Cat94857 Not all B-36s had the four jet engines. The A and B models both did not include them. It is important to remember that the B-36 was designed during the war to suit an intercontinental strike capability if Britain were to ever fall to the Reich.
B57G would be fun, a canberra with laser guided bombs. There is also the pave gat variant that has a 20mm vulcan turret in the bottom center of the fuselage
Honestly I'd love to see "1946" aircraft to fill up Axis aircraft trees some more as well as those for the Allies too even if they are paper designs I like interpretations and am completely for it, and I absolutely agree that the early Cold War was the Golden Age of aircraft so many designs that need to be added, as a Canadian I'd love to see the CF-100s, CF-103, CF-104 and CF-105
It's a pretty tough balancing problem to solve with the heavy bombers (B36, B52) as others have mentioned. A lot of them were designed far before missiles were a threat, but by the BR logic they would likely have to face them. It's another MAUS balance problem, except possibly worse. It would be neat to see them added simply for historical purposes, maybe just in a separate sandbox mode to showcase them, but that's a bit of a silly idea. The one I'd like to see more is the B-58 Hustler, it's light enough to not have as many BR issues, and could be interesting if implemented well.
14:03 Kurt Tank emigrated to Argentina in the late 1940s, and went to work for FMA. There he perfected the Ta 163 design as the FMA I.Ae. 33 Pulqui II. It never got past the prototype stage, but it is a better plane than Tank's original design.
The B 36 peacemaker was so big the government actually made a prototype miniature jet that would fit into the Bombay so during bombing runs practice runs in actual warfare if there are enemy aircraft, they can deploy the jet
The way I look at War Thunder is not just a game but a digital museum. We can see and experience vehicles that are incredibly rare to see in the first place or don't exist anymore. Furthermore, the addition of paper planes, while arguably very dubious because of the lack of real performance data can be interesting and help pad out several empty spots in the various trees. Regardless, there are still considerable numbers of vehicles that could be added to the game, both production and prototypes. The days of WT trying to be semi historically accurate with battles and who vs who are long gone. You can force such situations in custom battles at least if you desire, so there is an option. But going back to the digital museum idea, give me all da planes.
The B-36 is my favourite aircraft but the issue is how much tweaking of both the game and the changes that would be need to made to the B-36 to even be viable in War Thunder's META. As of now the long range bombers aren't really viable in general being nerfed near beyond usability. Sure add it as it is now and people wouldn't really notice it's addition into the game because bombers don't really handle well in-game being instant targets by fighters. For the B-36 to stand a chance the long range bombers would need to be tweaked as a whole but that only scratches the surface, you already talked about map size but the B-36 kinda fills a role that doesn't really exist in the game. The Peacemaker has earned that name for a reason, it's predominantly a nuclear payload vehicle and I've seen people suggest nuke exclusive aircraft which only unlock when a player earns a nuke payload but Gaijin is unlikely to go through the effort of making large aircraft for each nation to only be seen for less than a minute in gameplay.
Every aircraft on my list was in production and saw combat. AVIA B.534, PZL P-24G, PZL P-37B, PZL P-23B, Fokker G.1A, Rogozarsky IK-3, Fairey Battle Mk.I, Bristol Blenheim Mk.I, Blackburn B-24 SKUA, Blackburn B-25 ROC, Boulton Paul Defiant Mk.I, Fairey Fulmar Mk.II, I would add the Focke-Wulf Fw 187 Falke while not in production, supposidly saw combat anyway.
7:22 sadly the B-36 Peacemaker was very unreliable due to the 20 cylinder engines that they used for it even after changing the engines for different types like jet engines it was still highly unreliable 😔
while i love paper planes that never left the prototype phase i fell if they were to be added gaijin should make it so you can toggle it so you don’t have to verse it & also have their own line so you don’t have to unlock them if you don’t want to.
Out of all paper planes i would love to see I-153 M-90, it is a 1941 proposal to equip Chaika with 2 machine guns, 2 cannons and 18 cylinder M-90 engine, which was at the time in development. It had estimated top speed of 590 km/h in level flight Due to evacuation and delays engine was only completed in 1943 making 2080 hp in it's final form, but it was never installed on any aircraft. Another one would be Yak-3M, which was made by Yakovlev in 1992 based on the late ww2 blueprints for all-aluminium Yak-3, that didn't make it into production. 12 were auctioned off as a civilian planes and were equipped with 1300hp Allison engines.
I'm a fighter jock now, but I started as a bomber pilot in War Thunder. Back in the day bombers were respected, and the pilots actually worked together. I remember not long after the B-29 was released my third game in it was a down tier, and my B-17 brethern were so jealous lol. I struck out on my own as i had performance to die for, but most of those B-17s made it back to base. We won that game, because the fighters did thier job, and our gunners got a few kills. Games like that is what War Thunder is good for, CoD but with tanks, planes, or ships is just not very fun. I could play War Thunder all day if I didn't stop myself. Now I can barely play 30 minutes. Also I really want them to add the rest of the F-111 family. That being the D, and F. B would be a neat event plane, or squadron plane. E is a sidegrade to the A so it isn't really needed. D can potentially get Aim-7s, if Gaijin uses the same logic they used for the Yak-141, as well as some Smart bombs. The F is just a strait up better A. Sans the Aim-7 from the D, it has much better engines, and could use all of the 1990s Gulf War bombs, and Sidewinders, including the AGM-130.
I would love to see the EF-132 Zerstörer. Its as big as a B-52 and looks incredible while also being rather simple as well for a jet bomber that could've served well into the 90s with modifications and development like the BUFF
Yeah, the Ju EF 132 would be a great addition. Unfortunate it was not built, though the Russians made close derivatives after the war. Though, those would end up in the Russian tree which is annoying. So if they add those, they may as well add the EF 132 to make it fair in game.
9:08 I’ve seen the exact same planes in this picture, like the literal ones in the photos, all of them, at the NMUSAF, I’m glad to not be absurdly far away from it.
I would love to see a extension of the tech tree into the other side: WW I! Imagine dogfighting in a Fokker D.VII or a Sopwith Camel. Imagine flying those Gotha or Zeppelin giant bombers! Even Zeppelin airships maybe!
Honestly i think everybody agrees with you, i sure do! Thank you so much for including those german prototypes in the video, especially the Me P.1101, a personal favorite :) I think making videos about those aircraft definitely helps, hope we can get them in game one day! +1 Subscriber
If they ever allow paper planes, then I hope they can add the Italian Caproni Campini Ca.183bis, as it wasn't just a paper plane, and was at least partially complete. Plus the design is very unique, and I love mixed propulsion planes (Soviet Su-5 is also an interesting one that was actually fully built)
The Voodoo and the CF-100 are my two dream vehicles to be added to War Thunder. The Voodoo would be a 9.7 King and the CF-100 would fit between 7.7 and 8.3
I want it to be the Ultimate Bomber update where we get alot of more bombers, flying boats and other piston aircraft that should be added into War Thunder. I'm all for Paper planes in War Thunder so fight me.
McDonnell XF-85 Goblin would be fun at 8.0 BR. Republic XF-84H Thunderscreech would be fun too if Gaijin gave it the Horten 229 treatment (adding offensive armament) I live close by to where the first one was displayed for many years. I never thought they would add the F-5G/F-20 Tigershark, something only of my dreams as I had seen the one example with my own eyes in the California Science Center, but they did add it to War Thunder, so I have hope that those heavy bombers would make it to the game eventually. However, I have lost interest in the game heavily after the addition of the Tigershark.
3:22 It wouldnt be hard to balance if gaijin invested into reworking the gamemode, they dont even have to think of something new, just make something like world of warplanes and most of problems will disappear.
@@thesnazzycomet In war thunder we have a basic team deathmatch and a ticket drain. There are objectives but nobody ever tries to complete them (in air RB) since there is no incentive to do so, and this on top of the anti ai bias of gaijin wich forces us to engange in pvp even with bombers. In world of warplanes There are marked and dynamic objectives suited for the role of each plane, it feels like a balanced rock, paper, scissors but with planes. Eevery plane has its role, and the hearth of it are the well designed bases with individual targets that ground attackers must destroy but also the bombers can go and destroy the whole complex. This kind of base also gives a place to the high payload bombers for whom gaijin struggles to find a place in the game. It also adds to the experience that there are defending ai planes flying over the bases so there is a need to estabish air supremacy so the ground attackers can do their job (this in contrast to war thunder in wich you compete against your team mates for kills). The ai in world of warplanes also helps to have an action packed gameplay with no dead times like in war thunder that we can fly even for 5 minuts or more without dooing anything.
I'm surprised they haven't added FACs/observation aircraft. I would absolutely LOVE to fly a Cessna O-2 or an OV-10 Bronco and just spot things for my team. That'd be fun as hell. Let them be light tanks in the air with an instant or near-instant cooldown on their scouting function and marker rockets.
I cant agree even more with what you said, there are so many vehicles like the ho and maus got added, why so quick to gen4 or even 5 fighter jets. They really left some beauty behind
They make so much money with top tier premiums as people rush to get the latest gen 4 jet. We will have to be very patient to get stuff at lower tiers. I'm still waiting for a single damn british light vehicle at top tier whilst russians are getting vehicles not even in service yet IRL.
I absolutely love the B-36 and B-47, my two favorite planes. Grew up watching the strategic air command movie and literally have every single toy / model of the planes. I would literally download the game again just to unlock those two if they were added
The archive footage of these planes was awesome. It's funny this is about a video game, but I've learned a ton about planes that I've never heard of before.
Another jet bombers that I like.. hmm.. B-45 ok... B-47 emm, I think is okish... B-52 I highly recommend for an early variant that still has a tail gunner, prob the A to D variant(?) :v... Avro Vulcan I wanna recommend the B.1 variant, but dunno with player base feel.. Tu-16 with two or three early variants I think ok.. USA Flying Wings Bomber absolutely with jet and prop :v... Vickers Valiant okish..
I feel like the Vulcan would have slight modelling issues in game, like what kind of damage would shear the wing off? Would it be super easy to take down or a flying tank? Would it be a tech tree, premium or a different option for dropping a nuke in a match and nothing else?
Seeing how gaijin will probably never rework air rb, I feel like a better fit would be the Valkyrie. The only bombers that can survive are fast bombers like the yakovlev 28 and the thud, just because they outrun everything at the br. Even then the thud suffers because it sits at 10.0 with no flares.
I would especially like more bombers in the game, both American and Soviet. I would love to see B-52s and Tu-95s duking it out with one another. Or in ground rb getting to drop a nuke in a B-52 instead of using B-29s or IL-28s well into the top tier.
Flying a B29 or TU4 is already SUFFERING thanks to A2A missiles in uptiers that B36 and B50 is just going to explode 20 seconds into a match everytime and thats gonna be it
14:40, the lack of vehicles isnt because they dont exist to add, they just dont want to add them, theres tons of vehicles from all nations that could have been added but are just there at the Suggestions on the Forum
I will admit, I don't want the Japanese tree to grow any bigger (minus the bluewater fleet, that can keep getting more ships) the reason why I play Japan is becuase its small and I do like their vehicles. However, if I was to add any new aircraft to the game. I'd like to see the G3M "Nell" and the G4M2E-model24-Tie. Which differs from the current one. Which to be fair Ive heard is a bit of a mixed bag. This has radar, new 20mm defensive weapons, armour for the flight deck and fuel tanks. It also carried the ohka (which could be fun) and had flares/chaff or whatever. They used one of those 2 during night engagements to mess the radar guided guns which to be fair it did work. I think it would be funny to use against radar and missiles. "Oh look a ww2 japanese bomber, lets hit it with a missile" The bomber flares/chaff "haha!!!" Another aircraft is the fw200 c-4 which differs in defensive armement (15mm and 20mm guns) and though I don't think it ever did. Give it the Hs 294 for funzies. AND FINALLY, the martin P6M Seamaster, becuase flying boats, with jet engines. It, in typical flying boat fashion can do a shit ton of stuff. In her case its torpedo bombing, ASW, bombing and being amazing:)
If the b47 has a bigger bomber payload then the f111a aardvark which has a 33,000 pounds of payload, then I can say gajin would a hard time balancing out that vehicle
2 things, A) the reason gaijin won't add most of those, mainly the American aircraft, is cause most nations *ahem* America, would get way more when they already have more, and B) I already know you've never flown a ME 262 if you think their around 7.7, they are quite literally among the worst in game jets, mainly because of their 30 second turn time, and bullets that only move at 500 M/S, for example, that's slower than most tier I tank main rounds, and the spread on the guns is monstrous.
oh, ye there is no 7.7 but the last really should be, there's 1 at 6.7, it 50mm one, 2 a 7.0, the bomber and first fighter ones, 2 at 7.3 being the one rocket booster one and the added 20mms one, and the 8.0 which is the 7.3 rocket booster one with no difference but at a higher BR other than booster placement.
I think that gaijin should add the thumderskreetch (totally team based as it has no guns but you could fuck up sound and use it like a flash bang but sound and it would get kills when someone died while being affected by the sound)
I want infantry and a sandbox mode where u can spawn as a tank, bomber, or ship and just play around with the lil guys as they’re shocked at seeing a fighter jet or smth You can kill them too
I'm very skeptical about heavy jet bombers and never built stuff, but some of these not being in game is absolutely criminal lmao. Early US Navy jets, B-50, B-45, Spiteful/Seafang, P.1011... good list
We need PRB and PAB. P stands for paper. Think about tanks or planes you can research after finishing a tier, or get after some events. Just think about a battle where Ratte is fighting against K9 or any other paper/fantasy vehicle. Of course balance will be broken in favor of *fun* but this is why paper battles may exist.

I think that would be a good idea for a campaign. The game already has campaigns but they’ve been largely ignored and are bad.
I think WT doing this would suffer from the same problem WoT did when they tried it years ago.
Everyone wants to be in the BF-109 or the Zero. No one wants to be in the Peashooter.
Though the Hawk would be an option for the Allies as well.
Ah yes, mig 21 smt at the same br as the f14.
There could also be a last ditch option where if a certain amount of time passes and the match is nearing its end, missiles become active.
yeah, they really need to add more diverse aircraft gamemodes
I think this could be added instead of the assault gamemode
The only problem is, there are a lot of planes for Russia that haven’t been added, I would argue more due to the Yak line being too decompressed. We’re missing things like the yak 140, 151, 130 for top tier and the Tu 128, 28, 160 and 95, as the tu line isn’t really fleshed out either and a lot of Cold War stuff has been skipped over quite severely
There is also the "AIR" planes, a whole list of planes built by yakolvlev pre ww2, same goes for the "Ya" planes, let's talk about the yak 28p too, the interceptor version of the yak 28
To be fair, the US tree has no domestic jet bombers whatsoever while Russia has 4
There was soo much development through the 50s and 60s.
In my eyes they should go back to rank iv v and vi to make more planes there
With stuff like the F-15 and F-16 they're breaching into gen 4.5
@@panther-nk2hnthey'll breach into that with f18s and eurofighters, wich probably (at least one of the 2,most likely the f18) will be in the next update
8:07 The thing is, a bomber with no countermeasures can’t be put at a tier with missiles. Unless they make it have so much durability that it just ignores them, which wouldn’t be fair. So they need to have missile jets at a higher tier, but jets that dont can stay.
The one I want to see the most is the Me-263, basically a "Super-Komet" which was technically further in its development process than the Ho-229
All three of these designs were actually built and tested.
i wild love to see the YB-49, such a cool aircraft
All planes I’ll be mentioning next time! These are technically not paper planes as they were built and did fly - all the more reason to fly
They xb-35 and 49 were both made and tested
@@spencerwalker254 XF5U was built too. It just never flew
Why would you have the flapjack at 5.7 let alone 6.3?

I assume you mean more defense against missiles than chaff and flare
@@itmejac6945The B-52 has chaff and flares, and the tail gun is radar directed so it basically had its own CIWS. In particular, the B-52H was the one that had the 20mm vulcan. All B-52 models have/had powerful ECM suites. You can't shoot down what you can't lock onto.
@@majorborngusfluunduch8694 trust me I wanna see it come to war thunder, I just feel like they would need to rework air rb

Make the B-36 THE nuke aircraft. It’s the perfect “oh my god” silhouette right before you end the works
Yes the Canuck! I can’t believe I didn’t mention that
It's a pretty tough balancing problem to solve with the heavy bombers (B36, B52) as others have mentioned.
One plane I've always wanted is the p-6e hawk, it was an interwar biplane. I think it just looks so sleek.
Looks cute! More low tiers would be welcome

14:03 Kurt Tank emigrated to Argentina in the late 1940s, and went to work for FMA. There he perfected the Ta 163 design as the FMA I.Ae. 33 Pulqui II. It never got past the prototype stage, but it is a better plane than Tank's original design.

AVIA B.534, PZL P-24G, PZL P-37B, PZL P-23B, Fokker G.1A, Rogozarsky IK-3, Fairey Battle Mk.I, Bristol Blenheim Mk.I, Blackburn B-24 SKUA, Blackburn B-25 ROC, Boulton Paul Defiant Mk.I, Fairey Fulmar Mk.II,
I would add the Focke-Wulf Fw 187 Falke while not in production, supposidly saw combat anyway.
That is a good idea!
Out of all paper planes i would love to see I-153 M-90, it is a 1941 proposal to equip Chaika with 2 machine guns, 2 cannons and 18 cylinder M-90 engine, which was at the time in development. It had estimated top speed of 590 km/h in level flight
Due to evacuation and delays engine was only completed in 1943 making 2080 hp in it's final form, but it was never installed on any aircraft.
Another one would be Yak-3M, which was made by Yakovlev in 1992 based on the late ww2 blueprints for all-aluminium Yak-3, that didn't make it into production. 12 were auctioned off as a civilian planes and were equipped with 1300hp Allison engines.
Great list, I would love to see the mig 25 in game as well
I'm a fighter jock now, but I started as a bomber pilot in War Thunder.
When tu95 bear??
I would love to see the EF-132 Zerstörer. Its as big as a B-52 and looks incredible while also being rather simple as well for a jet bomber that could've served well into the 90s with modifications and development like the BUFF
Yeah, the Ju EF 132 would be a great addition. Unfortunate it was not built, though the Russians made close derivatives after the war. Though, those would end up in the Russian tree which is annoying. So if they add those, they may as well add the EF 132 to make it fair in game.
9:08 I’ve seen the exact same planes in this picture, like the literal ones in the photos, all of them, at the NMUSAF, I’m glad to not be absurdly far away from it.
i wish i could go
Playerbase: can we have more enormous cold war soviet era bombers
Gajin: we added the f-69 child obliterater and another object variant
I would love to see a extension of the tech tree into the other side: WW I! Imagine dogfighting in a Fokker D.VII or a Sopwith Camel. Imagine flying those Gotha or Zeppelin giant bombers! Even Zeppelin airships maybe!
There are so much bomber to add like:
Avro Vulcan
B-36, B-47, B-52, XB-70, B-1B
Tu-95 Tu-22, Tu-160.
Interesting planes I never heard of!
Delta Dagger would be insane
The Voodoo and the CF-100 are my two dream vehicles to be added to War Thunder. The Voodoo would be a 9.7 King and the CF-100 would fit between 7.7 and 8.3
13:23 This Plane gives me Fallout Vibes
I want it to be the Ultimate Bomber update where we get alot of more bombers, flying boats and other piston aircraft that should be added into War Thunder. I'm all for Paper planes in War Thunder so fight me.
Personally I want to see the b1b lancer and b52 Stratofortress as well as the Avro arrow.
Expand: how do you mean?

They make so much money with top tier premiums as people rush to get the latest gen 4 jet. We will have to be very patient to get stuff at lower tiers. I'm still waiting for a single damn british light vehicle at top tier whilst russians are getting vehicles not even in service yet IRL.

These are questions gaijin can answer. Though a new damage model for planes is long overdue
If they add the Valkyrie then the TSR-2 can be added for Britain

I would especially like more bombers in the game, both American and Soviet. I would love to see B-52s and Tu-95s duking it out with one another. Or in ground rb getting to drop a nuke in a B-52 instead of using B-29s or IL-28s well into the top tier.
The Italian Re.2007 would have been lovely in the next vid
It has 6 engines so does the BV-238 it would work
Bombers should have their own gamemode in my opinion. Heck I'd love to see more game modes for all types of vehicles

ngl, the b47 is probably the most iconic aircraft on this list - at least for me
I will admit, I don't want the Japanese tree to grow any bigger (minus the bluewater fleet, that can keep getting more ships) the reason why I play Japan is becuase its small and I do like their vehicles.
"Oh look a ww2 japanese bomber, lets hit it with a missile"
The bomber flares/chaff "haha!!!"
Another aircraft is the fw200 c-4 which differs in defensive armement (15mm and 20mm guns) and though I don't think it ever did.
The 50s-60s was an interesting moment in aviation history
Preach bro
thought it was general knowledge that the 262 is ass at turning and the 30 mills are glorified supersonic grenade launchers
I was thinking of the better Me-262s, which are 7.7
oh, ye there is no 7.7 but the last really should be, there's 1 at 6.7, it 50mm one, 2 a 7.0, the bomber and first fighter ones, 2 at 7.3 being the one rocket booster one and the added 20mms one, and the 8.0 which is the 7.3 rocket booster one with no difference but at a higher BR other than booster placement.
i've never heard of the B50 before. That thing sounds like a monster
Imagine how insane the B-52 would be in Ground RB.
I think that gaijin should add the thumderskreetch (totally team based as it has no guns but you could fuck up sound and use it like a flash bang but sound and it would get kills when someone died while being affected by the sound)
I want Super Tucano, an Attack Turboprop prob sit at 7.0-8.0, the most modern versions can carry AIM-9L too, probably this one at 9.7
I want infantry and a sandbox mode where u can spawn as a tank, bomber, or ship and just play around with the lil guys as they’re shocked at seeing a fighter jet or smth
You can kill them too
I'm very skeptical about heavy jet bombers and never built stuff, but some of these not being in game is absolutely criminal lmao. Early US Navy jets, B-50, B-45, Spiteful/Seafang, P.1011... good list
Thanks man! I think the B-45 not being here is most criminal as we have medium jet bombers already
Yes Please a Pt 2. I Also agree with your choices.
I would love more turbo props. The thunderscreech would be cool, although, i highly doubt that gaijin have any plans to implement it.
