I am an American but I love Michael McIntyre. His shows make me laugh and leave me feeling good.
She did such a great job, and seemed like she was able to have fun in spite of the shock. And, she's a perfect mix of her mom and her dad.

Who is to say what situations you can take a photo of someone in public without asking? But this was an entertainment show that was a set-up! I suppose you have a problem with Candid Camera, What Would YOU Do, and other 'set-up" based tv shows?
Finally, ever consider that in almost all shows like this people are asked to sign a release or else that segment won't air. Think it goes by the name of the CYA clause!

I saw this happen live and jumping up to surprise her she was so amazing live. Her voice was just as incredible live as on here and if you have the chance to go and see this show live I would definitely recommend. Well done once again x
You were in the audiences? How long actually does she has to prepare for the live show? Rehearsal with the vocal coach and other performers as well.. looks like days of effort.. but the show seems like for few hours only ..

Everyone needs to stop saying she’s obsessed with her phone, she took pictures and videos of things that were a once in a lifetime opportunity, but let’s be real, we would all film it because it wouldn’t happen in your everyday life, would it? Also maybe her parents are rich but so what? If they have the money to do that for her then good for them. Besides this will definitely let her confidence grow and want to perform more (and get her noticed). Everyone is just annoyed because they’re jealous, but that doesn’t give you the right to blame it all on her because she knew nothing about it! 🤷♀️
