If you’ve got a service or digital product ready to sell to more than one person, then waiting for the “perfect” time is doing a disfavor to you and the people waiting to buy into your business. Your clients need what you have to offer. Period!

I find it hard to imagine myself on a call with a potential client in the U.S., using my Nigerian accent, trying to sell them a website or social media marketing services. Also, advising me to focus on my local area isn’t practical. Many business owners here lack familiarity with smartphones and the internet. Attempting to convince them to bring their business online often feels like a total waste of time.
This is true. Most clients in the US don't want to work with we Africans. This sucks. Most businesses in Africa too don't want to spend money on the digital services we want to offer. I'm still trying to find a way round this.
Hey man. Question: how would you track the pay per appointment? In your example, you charge $150/ per booked show appointment for remodeling, but how can you 100% know if it has been a confirmed appointment? Is it only based on trust between the business owner and yourself?

You can have automations in place and see who books within your funnel but you’re essentially trusting your client
