    Very nice yes deffently a stairs on that upper deck also for safety in case of emergency my friend

    Love the look of the outside. But need the stairs leading from the deck.
    Basements give me the heebie jeebies.

    This house is a mixture of traditional and open concept.

    Rather the house be a bit smaller and have solid shelving and finished lower floor.

    I am late to the party, but oh what a party it is today. Love this house, and you presented it really well . Love your thoroughness about the various features of the home, lot, builder, and neighborhood.
    I also love the traditional look of brick and stone. The open floor plan, provides a more modern feel to the home, while not betraying its traditional roots. I could not believe the price. I know that in many other areas of the metro, this house could easily be approaching $1M, if not more, and that’s not including a basement. Great job as usual. Gail in Gwinnett.
