@Ballinbmac yes, he did. Peppers had more total tackles, but Mike had 7 ints, 3 sacks, 2 FF, and 2 defensive tds. Peppers had 1, 3, 0, and 0. 1 INT. That's it. That's not even considering Mike only played 2 seasons on defense. Throw in 3-2 vs that other Ohio University and Peppers was 0-3 and it's not close.
He is smart as hell when it comes to reading plays.. Has great hands and hits like a linebacker when he has to.. It wouldn't surprise me to see Mike Sainristil headed to the HOF after his career is done..

Thank you for making this. I’ve felt that Mikey has been the key for the last two years, both on a skills level as well as a team leader.
I've been so impressed by this kid. Reminds me a lot of Jabrill Peppers. Such a great tackler and always knows where the ball is going.
He had a better career than Peppers.
