Welcome to Kickoff 2024 - here we go!!!

Getting a group of 700 people together from all over North America (and Australia) for a week is a lot of work, and I’m so grateful for this team that does it with a smile!
When I first started this business, it was just me and a truck, and now we fill up ballrooms! I don’t think I could have predicted this scale, but one thing I’ve always known is that doing the impossible is fun when you get to work with great people.
