I was a landlord for 10 years. This is truly how a few people live! Most have common decency and self respect. They want to get their cleaning deposit back. I remember a tenant we Had to evict. They didn’t have any place to take their huge animals (which weren’t allowed to live there anyway). They left them behind with no way to go to the bathroom. They went to bathroom on floor, chewed up everything in sight. Tenant left a wonderful surprise in the toilet. It wasn’t flushed and the pile of excrement was higher than the toilet seat. To top it off, it had a used feminine product on the top of the pile. Amazing how people can live.
I had a similar problem. I rented ,my house to a friend for ten years, I never raised the rent, they always paid late, sometimes they didn’t pay me at all. But before they left they destroyed my house. I spent $ 100000.00 to fixed it up and I decided to sell the house. No more mister nice guy for me.
Couldn't you have found him? Why would they destroy the house for no reason, unless their just evil. I don't get why people just mess up or destroy stuff for no reason like they don't have any decency

In earlier videos people have stated it is a Chinese practice. I'd be like you and want to use a mop or steam cleaner.

Landlords if you do have a good tenant treat them well i have been screw over by most landlords when i did everything right kept my place spotless paid my rent on time gave 30 days notice etc and they always kept my deposit

This is all a set up ! look at the fruits and vegetables, they look somewhat fresh. even the food on the plates looks less than 24 hrs. old. And where are the flies. I seen bananas after a couple days in the heat developing gnats.
