@@TheVillageIdiot thank you so much! I've just emailed you about another track. Shame about Haxey but hopefully you'll be busy until 2023 with videos anyway. It's such a nice resource archive of places.
Samuel wesley, John's father was the Rector of both Epworth (St Andrew's Church) and of Wroot so they are a conjoined parish still. John spent 2 years as curate of Wroot as an Anglican priest, the church he was ordained into, and remained in for the entirety of his life. He served under his father as Rector in charge. Samuel and his wife Susanna lived in the rectory in Wroot for a number of years while they rented out the Rectory in Epworth to help increase the family income.
I'm liking that Catherine. Conjoined ecclesiastically one would assume you mean. Civilly they are two separate entities (hence why this has it's own video)
You could have saved time visiting the three counties by going to Three Counties Farm and finding the spot where all three county boundaries meet up, hence the name of the farm. That farm is still within the boundaries of Wroot parish.
In fact yes I've just checked. Ninescores Lane is the road the point is on and it is 100% a private road. Signs telling you so. Would've been nice to see, but unfortunately off limits

Just been looking online about the church, it doesn't have a page on the Churches Trust site, so I assume it was not open to the public?
Wasn't open, no

Private land though I'm guessing
