The Rams drafted Blake because he REMINDED them of Kyren. They LOVE Kyren but when he was HURT, the team LOST. What do you do? You draft a guy that can FILL the hole so the TEAM does not LOSE. On a TEAM, your greatest asset is availability.
Kyren is the starter. And hes awesome. But i do think blake was taken to not only be a tandem with kyren but to also take over due to the fact kyren has missed a lot of time. A lot. I believe kyren only has a year ledt on his contract as well. I hoghly doubt we resign him unless he has a monster year. The staff and team has veen raving about blake though. Rb coach practically salivates when talking about him and from what ive been told by those whove attended camp , blake is nearly getting split time running with the starters. For those that think blake is gonna warm the bench all year you might be in for a suprise. Dude is a baller... kyren is the man though no denying that. But if he goes down again we now have a back that can come in seamlessly and do the job
I love Kyren Williams. When I was growing up everyone wanted to be a running back. Go to the first practice and you would have 20 running backs, or who wanted to be a running back. Anyway Kryen is the MAN!
This is an easy question... McVay doesn't like to play rookies when he has a viable veteran alternative already in place so Corum isn't going to be much of a factor this season. He'll get about a half dozen touches a game but that's about it. The exception will be if Williams goes down for any length of time to which, Corum will be expected to step up the same way Williams did when given the chance to replace Akers.
@@juanscott7130 Yeah… no. McVay has 8 years of history to draw conclusions from… once the games start counting, unless Williams gets hurt, Corum’s impact will be negligible.
Rams are very lucky to have Kyren. Stay healthy #23

D’Marco with the great shirt. Go Rams! JB is awesome
Dmarco sucks as a broadcaster but his shirt is cool

Kyren is everything a running back should be. The Rams have a backfield cornerstone.
@bobgarciaiv3190 great player but misses a ton of time. Needs to be available more
Go Rams
So juiced for the season

He got to meet Steven Jackson when he was a wee lad, it was some sort of destiny that he would become a Ram.
I still feel.like cam akers didn't get A enough time but im not complaining
Cam was my guy but he sucked , he never could see the home right
You didn’t hear what kyren said… with some of the run schemes you have to be patient cam didn’t have that that’s why he was replaced

Yes he will get plenty of touches. And he will be a break out star
Hmmmmmm not

@@juanscott7130Corum hasn’t played an nfl snap how can you say things with no basis or logic behind it. Iq buddy gotta have it
I wouldn't bet against Corum. I don't think this post will age well.
Also i still feel like we need bigger backs quit drafting 5'10 190 wont last too long
They need to replace Demarco. He hardly ever pays attention and he’s just a homer.
