You are incredible Dan. I still get emotional every time I listen to this song...which is often. Had tickets to see you guys in Vancouver not too long ago but had pneumonia and couldn't go =( Hope to see you guys eventually.

Just gotta say, we need more TesseracT. Just a phenomenal band all around but Dan clearly stands out with this new album of theirs. I can't get enough. Dude's a 11/10 vocalist with years of experience who just gets better with each year, this album being nothing but proof of that 😊

100% agreed! Ken, if you're looking for another Tesseract track to check out with a strong focus on the vocals, I would suggest the studio video for Hexes. He partners up with another amazing vocalist in Martin Grech. It's an absolutely phenomenal performance!

This is a great track and certainly an "in your face" sort of way to show Dan's vocal ability, but he's such an integral part of the band's sound on every track, even the ones where he doesn't do so many acrobatics.

Sean here! Wow! Thanks for making this Ken! Such a quick turnaround haha.

Djent gets its name from the sound that this particular sound that many of its tracks make ("d-jent, d-jent, d-jent). :) It usually focuses on odd time signatures and polyrhythms musically, sometimes with vocals, sometimes not, but generally it's considered a subgenre of metal. :)

Just came across your channel, wasn’t sure what to expect & of course youtube blanketed me with similar channels once I listed to you & I must say your clearly evident JOY of sound/music & how you share your craft WON me over on the very FIRST video I watched (btw those other channels youtube sent DIDN’t hold a candle to your style/allure) . Thank you!!

Love love love that you did Tesseract!!! The whole album is fantastic vocally, Dan stepped up on this one! He’s always been awesome but now he’s learned to relax a bit I think and give himself more freedom with his voice and it work’s beautifully ❤

This song is a masterpiece, instrumentally, compositionally, but especially vocally. Dan has many songs, from numerous bands, where his vocals will give you goosebumps. This may be chief among them for me, however. Exquisite.

I suggest Michael korte- hercules muses medley. It is a group of men singing a beautiful gospel Hercules medley. It is clear that these guys are having so much fun and are fully immersing themselves into the music and their characters as the 5 muses, so much that you just want to sing /clap along with them. Michael Korte produced it and it's on his YT channel.

    Hi!
Yes, I’m at it again with these Aussies 😊
This one really does deserve a reaction. Another amazing piece of art from Teramaze!
Taken from the upcoming concept album called ELI: An Amazing Fall From Grace (will be out in two weeks or so).
The album has already gotten 10 out of 10 in at least two online reviews and I think I actually also saw a 20/20 somewhere.
This is the second single from this album I think it’s got everything a great prog metal song should have.
Heavy riffs, great solos, amazing vocals, beautiful keyboards and I just love the sound of the drums of this one.
So please have a go at this one. If you don’t appreciate it I don’t know what’s wrong with you 😊

Very recently Tim Waurick, an incredible barbershop tenor whom you've reacted to before, sang a multitrack of Smilin' Through. The video is called "when love LITERALLY lasts FOREVER..." ruclips.net/video/p9wC5VFLc94/видео.html That is the link. It is actually barbershop and was performed by the quartet PLATINUM on stage at international many years ago. I would 100% recommend giving it a listen. It is a wonderful arrangement and he does an amazing job. I would love to see you react to it.
