How to Import the UI:
Open the Escape Menu, select Edit Mode, open the Layout dropdown menu, click import, paste the string from the links below, set a name for your UI and then click Import and you're done!

There are a lot of good UI layouts in WoW and at the end of the day it is completely up to each person what their desired UI and settings are. This video goes over what is in my opinion the best settings and best UI layout for WoW: Dragonflight that requires zero addons or mods. This UI is far from the optimal UI I'd use to push keys or raid with but it is an extremely good beginner UI that serves as a really good starting point in building out your desired interface. I also thought there was just a big lack of default UI imports for the more relaxed or casual gamers out there.
World of Warcraft: Dragonflight is the ninth expansion pack for the massively multiplayer online role-playing game World of Warcraft, following Shadowlands. It was announced in April 2022, and the release date is November 28th, 2022.

You wouldn't believe how much these settings have helped an old warrior like myself. My eyes aren't what they used to be and these choices you've shown make everything much clearer!
Just returned to WoW for TWW, and had no idea Blizzard completely revamped the built-in UI. So much better than the old built-in UI. It's like they looked at all the addons that had become almost mandatory over the years, and replicated all those. I think they nailed it, and it'll mean a lot of addons I used to lean on won't be necessary anymore. Might still use my own raid frames as a healer (either Grid2 or Cell), but that's about it!

Returning player after a long time and had way to many addons cluttering my screen to get back into it, imported DPS one on 3440x1440 and worked nicely, thanks!

Going to try this out since I recently came back to check some things out. Been gone since 2017. I'm a dirty clicker hunter who sucks at keybinds so something simple is nice. I had to shift some things around though since after importing your setup the quest text was covering the entire map and the raid and party frames were in the chat frame. Also had to move the tiny action bar on the right because it was clipping with the above one but for now its a bit neater than what I did myself so I'll tweak it as I go. Thanks.

@@notSachy Btw how do you get the debuffs above the enemy health bars? Is it a addon? I'm sure this used to be a default thing but I have either accidently turned it off or its no longer working.
If I recall correctly: right click the frame -> move frame -> buffs on top. I’ll double check when I get home in a few mins.
Edit: yep works for me! let me know if any issues
@@notSachy That isn't an option and it doesn't add debuffs to the frame plates like it used too. Seems I will need a addon like threat plates or something.

Thanks for taking the time to do this. As a returning player and not one to load up a crap ton of addons, this is perfect. I'm actually surprised there's click casting in the game now. Wish they would of implemented these QoL changes a long time ago.

There are obviously very very large merits to using a UI with a number of addons. However I just wanted to make this for people who just wanna log on and try Dragonflight as quickly as possible
TY so much, i am returning for 10.2 with a new pc and I was struggling so much because all the addon clutter was driving me insane. I'll only use these settings, some buff tracking WAs and dbm
I tried the healer UI but as soon as I modify one thing the snapping Player frame stops working
i love the group/raid frames, are they somehow possible to do for classic cataclysm?
still cant use blizz nameplates at 4k or 3440x1440, HP bars and castbars are OKish but the debuffs on mobs is not visible its like 4x4 pixels :D
Ok so, im a fury warrior main and i just added ur layout and settings, literally changed my gameplay, im more focused, more aware, way more easy to do stuff. The video was really really good, straight to the point and very helpfull, litearlly all i needed to see/hear. I hope u will post more cuz I for one really enjoy ur content, keep up the great work sir.
Glad to hear it worked well for ya :D I still read everything daily and intend to post more, just working on timing right as whenever I do resume posting I want it to be consistent and relevant with whatever content is out at the time

Options -> Interface -> under Raid Frames -> Check the "Display Class Colors" box.

About camera. Always use myself!
Have not time to look all. But about camera want to say. Use zoom macros to make your camera EVEN more far. Super good for PvP and PvE.

In edit mode -> select action bar 1 in the ui-> then in the edit mode menu -> click hide bar art.

anyway to get the import set up to work for 1440p?
Unfortunately the blizzard ui doesn’t properly support higher res/ultra wide and is VERY bug ridden when importing/exporting to them. Nothing I can do until it’s fixed, spent countless hours trying to troubleshoot it on 1440p and I kept encountering bugs :-(

the dps layout works perfectly for me but the healer one doesnt seem to work for me, when i try to import i get a Lua error. other than that perfect vid ! hope you can fix this asap
Hmm, I’ll figure out the error tomorrow and update the import string thanks for letting me know! I’ll reply here when I confirm it’s error-free on my end
I'm not getting a repeated error unless I try to import it with addons enabled. Disable all addons, import and save, then re-enable any addons you're using. Or try repairing your game if it persists without any addons. But I tested on windows & mac, without any addons and it imports without any issues.

But. DK,Warlcock, Paladin, Druid!!!
Sure for druid meta tank you just need 2-3 buttons :D
