Interesting unique job enjoying your content, a bit unnerving fitting the dog flaps due to size. Wondering if you have a uk supplier for upvc frame mouldings that aren’t produced anymore as I have 2 broken strips on a conservatory but it’s over 15yrs old and the frame numbers are no help.

Unfortunately, no. I find old uPVC not the easiest thing to find and match. I've had similar problems myself in the past. A new frame altogether is sometimes the best option.
