So I still struggle with that a lot too (I'm after all a total beginner) but a tactic of mine is to learn to play the part with for example your right hand with closed eyes so that you do not have to look at it at all. Then you can focus on what the other hand is doing because your right hand does the thing automatically. Always take very small steps for this and slowly work your way through. Hope this helps, I wish you luck!
