once you do the hidden puzzles for the ship it unlocks the intrinsic that allow the upgrade for barrel, mag, and stock. next week is mag perks so rewind is gonna be huge for PvE

Headseeker on this thing is gonna be a problem and in 6s with teamshooting, its gonna be easy to stack nanites. Plus, with rewind rounds and pulse buff in pve its gonna top the charts for use imo.

FYI Barrels can be changed too. All are available once the gun is level 20

Rapid Hit is generally going to be a good perk for PvP just because of the stability. But I genuinely think the perk to use is going to be Headseeker. Outbreak has unique recoil in the fact that it’s the only Pulse Rifle that uses Autorifle recoil. Not to mention it has like a hidden built in Zen Moment. I do however find that a lot of gunfights you get into those moments where if you just had that forgiveness from Headseeker it would make the gun a bit more competitive.
