Piano & Games 88 probably used sheet music (Which is used for every single music) or just listened very well and figured the right notes from core mental thinking.
+N4T3R_T4T3R Makes them from scratch. You can tell bc if you see his older videos they're much simpler, so you can see how he's progressively getting better, and now it takes a lot more time for these videos to come out, which is cool bc they're a lot better too

Oye piano y games, por que no sueles hablar mas español en tu canal? Opino, (como sugerencia) que tal como te diriges al público ingles, (en la descripción de tus vídeos por ejemplo), te dirigieras asi también al público español. Tomalo como una opción, por cierto, bueno cover :)
