I prefer cooked vegetables. Some of the raw no longer agree with my digestive system as I age. 😊 I can no longer eat the raw broccoli & cauliflower salad that I use to love. I love it cooked. Also love green beans, greens, corn, kale and spinach. 😋 Thanks for the videos. Love you guys. ❤

Here in Zimbabwe we cook it like what he is doing. We can put peanut butter, fresh cream or cooking oil. We also use red onions, shallots & the white onions
