My cartridge is causing paper jam after refill, all of the gear seems to be positioned correctly and working. Do you have any ideas what could be causing the jam. Thank you.
If the the paper jams not entering the cartridge then I think the charge roller is not spinning. Try to spin with your left thumb OPS drum's gear you have to see that magnetic roller and the charge roller from another side are spinning too. Just repeat the process it doesn't matter what I said. You need 45 grams of compatible toner powder. The link for the toner powder and the chip in the description.
@@ElectronicsComputers Hi, if I bought some D101S toners and reflashed the chips with the same data from a D111S chip, would that work? Or is the chip physically different? I bought an arduino and I'm going to try and use that. I'm also thinking of adding fill ports to the toner, if I put all my findings together maybe I can forward you the info so you can make an video about it.
@@AbdulAminGani Hi there! to be honest I gave up on the video how to reset D101/111 chip. There's no simple and standard solution that could work for most people. First of all there's no way to reset the original chip. Even not original chips have a chip that encrypts data. There are hundreds of chips on the market with different design and the way they work. So it's also unreal to make a solution for one particular chip which you can buy today and tomorrow that chip may simply disappear from sale. I have 4 chips of different manufacturers and they all have absolutely different schematics and based on different chips. Some of them don't have any identification markings on them. So, it's actually a serious task. I think it's way easier to re-flash printer so it will never communicate with the chip.

I looked into custom firmwares for the printer online but couldn't find any such thing, do you have any pointers? I have a newer version printer than the one you show in your video.
If you have Samsung M2022 then it's possible to update printer with custom firmware. But it doesn't work for M2020 model due to some technical features of that printer.
It depends on how your printer is connected and set up. I believe my printer was manually connected to a specific static IP address, not a dynamic one.

This seems easy enough but it appeared you had some struggle getting the sides off the drum. If you had some struggle how much more will I having never done this before? Do those clips break? Why do you need a new chip just to put new ink in? If we buy from your links Where does it come from? I just checked the link. The ink says its priced at 8 bucks Am. But did I see that correctly... is shipping 48 BUCKS !?!!!!!!
There's no way you can brake side pins. I have refiled dozens of them and never had any problems. You have to replace that chip for two reasons: the first one that chip may or may not block the printer (it depends on the firmware and model). And the second problem if you decided to use old chip that shows 0% of toner you printer may switch into toner saving mode, which makes print quality very bad. So, it's up to you. I don't know Bro where you live, I just checked all those links and they all show free shipping to US and Europe and Asia. Maybe for some countries it's different. I've purchased many times from those sellers it's high quality stuff and the lowest price possible. items come from china.

NeverRideSlowly Because Samsung wants to earn money. Difference only in that chip and it's not gonna work if you put in another model of printer.
