I lived next to the North Auckland railway line in Glen eden in the 1980's. Used to have Da (G12) locomotive double header freight trains go past & the house would shake.

They look exactly like the New Zealand Railways 'DA' Class.

Yeah, they are the same. Classic EMD-output G12 locomotive on 1950'-1960' in the world. Thanks for watching...Roger
