Abuja is the best planned city in Africa. Which other city in African can be compared with it when it comes to wide streets and plan of roads? the buildings are modern and the greenery is splendid. New African cities should borrow a leaf from it. I hope our New capital city to be built here in Zimbabwe will copy from Abuja. Of all the old cities, i give thumbs up to Harare, but that is best of the old not the new. When it come to the new, thumps up to Abuja. All capital cities and big cities in Africa were planned in old style. Abuja's plan and outlook is a 21st outlook despite the fact it was established at the end of the 20th century as the capital of Nigeria. Abuja is simply the best.

There are still 3 more phases if the city to be built according to the master plan. They are not even done building phase 1 yet.
