The Operators discord made a poll on the hardest challenges. Invisible Operator and Stairs Hater were voted to the top. I've already done Stairs Hater so I will possibly cover Invisible Operator soon.
Side note: You can actually make this significantly easier by using Zircon, which lets you keep your weapons, have a silenced weapon, and not be blatantly armed/armored so you can get through areas without needless rng
I prefer the strategy where you blow up the wall of the bedroom because the c4 placement is easier but seeing a setup on how to place the c4 to blow up the target directly is cool too
i might just be bad but i reccomend using zircons specialized perks, because i actually get to shoot a SILENCED pistol and my runs wont get ruined if a guard sees me!
Just saying: You could also do it with the juggernaut who has the ability to intimidate guards. The c4 will have to be placed in a very precise spot, but it's possible.

peridot would be better for intimidation as they have intimidation lvl 3 whereas the juggernaut only has lvl 2
