If it is sat to manual run it doesn't have to be disabled . then when you do need that functionality you have to go in and enable it manual run does not mean it is running.
I wouldn't say 1.1GB RAM usage after optimization is good.
Because with Chris Titus optimization methods, I can achieve 700MB RAM usage at idle.
My Bluetooth never worked on WIN_SHIT anyway, or connecting my mobile phone, windows is mind control garbage....

I just Got my Evo Ssd sata today.
And now imma install Win10 on it and remove those annoying Default apps that Microsoft always put.
So this vid is a good guide to know what i dont want lol
You can also try a modified version of windows like Atlas or something else

@@QuikHelper101 with linux you don't get built in useless service's and even if there are any you will still get much better preformance out of the box
