That cheese spiral is the best thing I saw today. It’s amazing how Matt makes eating fun even though it could be gross in taste
What matt does takes a lot of Dedication and strong will. I remember once I ate too much cheese like a pound of it or so and the days after that I gagged on the mere thought of eating cheese and seeing it made me vomit, I had like cheesephobia for a good 2 weeks. Now I am able to eat cheese again but took a lot of effort. Matt you are a legend dude.
That's what happened with me and marshmallows. When I was about 10 or 11 I had intentions of making smores, but I always had one ingredient and not the other. One day I just had a bag of those thick, cylindrical looking marshmallows and I ate them. Back-to-back-to-back. Ever since then, I have not ever eaten marshmallows whether small or big and I am now in my late 20's. Marshmallows really turn me off to this day.

As a person who has IBS and digestive issues, my stomach hurts just watching this lol.
