Do you really think that would work? How would the system decide if you are viable for the key? Ilvl>=X, IOScore>=Y? And worst case you deplete every key because people are still lacking skill? Or dont use pots/buffs? On the other hand, imagine you have bad luck with your vault, and get a wrist for the third week in a row... guess you dont have enough ilvl to get into the +4 and still have to queue into +3s... I rather play my own key and optimize the party. Imagine you dont have bloodlust/bres/enouch kicks in the party? Great experience ... I would love if they would do more balancing. Its kind of sad that people in low level keys still will want just the best classes. Lifehack: Play healer/Tank for a season, find friends or a guild and have fun :)
Ye, solo play is not about not grouping up, it is about that you don't join a community of always grouping up, and you mostly do stuff you can do alone.

Yes!! Solo experience 100% matters. I play other MMOs solo and I've played WoW solo in the past. Totally valid to play an MMO solo!
