Excellent video. So detailed. Thanks for the excellent reporting. I'm looking to backpack this in one night and you showed the three areas I was concerned about.
Im so glad you were able to do this! I know it’s something you’ve been excited about and to hear all about it and be able to watch it in video form was rewarding. Glad it was so fun❤️
such a great video of the trail!! thank you for sharing. I would love to know what little tripod or gimbal you use with the gopro, if you didn't mind sharing. It looks like it is a good length, and somehow rotates around? (the one I have feels too short!!).
Hi Linda! I stared a little later than I had hoped (~9:30am) and finished around ~7pm. I have found that I consume a lot fewer calories than most other hikers and trail runners, so I wouldn't recommend my fueling strategy to anyone. That said, I probably had around 400-500 calories for the day (plus whatever berries I foraged). Those calories consisted of dried fruit (Pineapple) and fruit leathers.
Thanks for capturing the experience. This is invaluable as I prep for the Loowit.

Thanks for the video, that was great. You were able to make it in amazing time too! All of that in one day is crazy. Well done
thank you!

Heard you were joining the TV show Alone
would like to see more sweet jumps.
I'll keep that in mind!
Nice video man. Keep them coming. Do you mind sharing what kind of video/audio equipment you're using?
Thanks! Yes, I used a GoPro Hero 8 Black for this (took 2 batteries to film the whole day)
What time did you start and what did you use for fuel?
