I've watched this a bunch of times it's so great hearing their harmonies without music. Mark being funny 😆 cracks everyone up.
Thanks for sharing this one Lyle. I was hoping you would run across it. As said by others here, David rearranged the harmony for this old song that they sang and Bill often bragged about David's ability to write the parts for harmonies.
The version of this song that they sang in your country is worth a watch/listen too. They sing it accapella around the piano with Anthony Burger just sitting on the bench not playing but enjoying their singing.
David wrote this arrangement. I heard Bill say once that most of or any of the accapella music they sang you can thank David for those.
I ALSO heard I think that David said he wrote this arrangement in COLLEGE for a harmonization class or project. And Bill said that’s how brilliant David is when it comes to arranging and rearranging and all that jazz.
There is an accapella album that David wrote (if I'm not badly mistaken). It's an awesome album regardless.
Love it! Oddly one I haven't seen and yes they kill it. David's amazing and Mark is being his usual silly self. Thanks Lyle!
Love it… Mark is so crazy & fun… love that group… Thanks once again Lyle😊💕
That was definitely Mark! He was filming the rehearsal. So, so funny!!
David wrote this arrangement!!❤❤❤
Beautiful, and thanks for the laugh LOL
Mark is a trip 😂😂😂
Australian Homecoming version of this song is the best.
Beautiful song. Great choice Lyle
Great arrangement by David 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 but the beeee from Mark is what we wait for if youve seen this clip before 😂
I absolutely love this version of the song, this is the third time I’ve rewatched this lol
Beeeeeee
Always enjoy your reactions and look forward to them every week. This one was brilliant! Don't know if you knew Wes Hampton has done some cooking on RUclips, and I think he's talking with Kevin the guitar player who was also very funny. That would be fun to watch, I have seen a couple of those😊
Always loved this arrangement.
Here's a video of Mark, Guy, and Jody McBrayer (from the Contemporary Christian group Avalon) singing, "The Old Rugged Cross Made the Difference." There are more videos from this event that are also worth watching; ruclips.net/video/3JScmOlzAX0/видео.html
Okay, if you're looking for humor, watch the Gaither Vocal Band "Over the Moon" in Hawaii. It has David, Guy, Bill, Jake Hess, and Mark in it. ruclips.net/video/yv1YAAymtGg/видео.html I am sure you will enjoy it!
I believe, also that it was Mark and not Kevin that was being funny you can tell by the voice, besides, God knows who it was. If in doubt, ask Him.
Got another one here: ruclips.net/video/tgEKc0nIB2g/видео.html (Whenever they let you do Gaither videos.)
That wasn’t Mark, it was Kevin, the guitar player that cut in with “be”
It was Mark
No it was Kevin!!
