    y’all I finally put in the work & discipline myself to workout 4x a week thanks to God ofc - to anybody looking to workout more or lose weight, it really is a mental thing & you really do have to want it.. no shortcuts. just do it.

    I need to know what to start eating healthy and to detox because I feel stuffed and miserable from the holiday eating 😩

      I like to think of health in stages/layers.
      Stage 1 = Reduce junk food, alcohol and fizzy drinks. Light, regular movement.
      Stage 2 = Tracking calories, having a daily step count goal. Varying some exercise
      Stage 3 = Tracking macros (protein, carbs and fats) as well as calories, doing more specific resistance and HIIT (High intensity interval training)
      Stage 4 = Elite/Pro/Advanced specifics that require tailored advice.
      Without any further questioning I would initially suggest having a minimum activity time per day (whether that is a 20min walk or 20min workout). That movement will help.
      Food wise, take some time to educate and learn about what good nutrition/meals can work for you.
      The challenge is nutrition varies based person to person.
      A mindset of eating for fuel, as opposed to eating for taste can help get 'better' foods in.
      Also, we have finite willpower. If you can reduce your need to use it by displaying healthy food choices and hiding/minimising undesired food choices, that can help too.

      Why should calorie tracking be an intrinsicate part of getting healthier? You can eat clean food and make wise food decisions without tracking absolutely everything ...having to track everything is very time-consuming and frankly may cause depression / despair...
      I dont see why you could not eat for taste...? Mostly after the 2nd ( to 5th ) piece of a trigger foid/ fast food/ indulgence meal... its not about taste anymore anyway its the force of the addictiveness of that food at work ...
      How about increasing NEAT , being more conscious about food decisions how and what you cook or where you eat ( out) and like using your common sense....
      I NEED AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER

    I'm glad I found your channel. It's the first time in a while since I've stayed consistent and motivated.
    I started out solo in March last year. Found your channel around August or September, and it's really helped keep me improving.
    While I need to take the initiative to focus on my own plan. Your pre-set workouts help me not lose focus.

    Thanks for sharing that Toya normally lifts heavy. Previously, id use her weight choices as a guide, but i can lift heavier, too!

    We usually workout watching the RUclips videos on the TV. If I purchase this new program in the app, can we cast it to the TV or can I only watch it on my phone?
