This is a 1000VA inverter project using a pulse transformer. It works at 12V with the controller EGS002. It can charge the battery from solar panel with current up to 20A and can communicate with computer over wifi. However, I am developing these 2 functions. It will be on my channel soon.

Uses pulse transformer
Power rating upto 2KW
Built-in MPPT
Built-in Battery Charger
Add ESP32/ESP8266/ESP01+LCD Display interface for detailed view for Blynk phone app (which includes battery input voltage, output AC voltage, Input&output current, input&output wattage, max efficiency, mosfet temperature, frequency output, battery percentage, charge&discharge time, etc)
Autoswitch between Mains 220v AC and Inverter 220v AC without turning off the appliances
Adding some USB ports for mobile charging, etc
I know it's a lot complicate project but if somehow you build it, It would break the records of industrial/youtube inverter designs. I would extremely love to see a video on this project and build one for myself. Much love and respect

In the high frequency inverter circuit diagram to protect the short circuit in the 220V part that causes the H bridge to burn, also put a circuit for protection. Thank you if you design this and put it in the circuit diagram.

Which componenct becomes most easily damaged during lightning strike. I had two of these high frequency inverters and got fried twice during lightning storm. One had a burnt power mosfet. I tried to replace the mosfet but I think other components got damaged also as I replaced the mosfet it got burnt again. The other inverter had a melted terminal of phase and line on the outlet but no visible internal board damage.

I have some questions about the transformer
*The copper foil has 3 ends,in the beginning and in the middle and at the end right?
*There are some turns of wire over the copper foil, can you tell me details about it
I mean the thickness and number of turns , I hope to draw a picture about the the transformer ,it will be clear for me by drawing and very thank for you
Looked to me that primary was 2.5+2.5 turns of copper foil (i.e. 5 turns with a center tap brought out) , as somebody said above secondary is 66 turns of 19AWG varnished wire. This would give a transformer ratio of 66/2.5 which raises 12V to 317Vdc. The rms AC output derived from 317Vdc would be 317/1.414 or 224v less a bit for losses.

I think your oscilloscope gave you, marking 127vac voltage and your circuit was coming out 220v it looks like it was measuring the wave of the residential network

Cuz its connected to The Final AC output before the Capacitor
LC inductor capacitor circuit is used to filter out high frequencies and output 50Hz only.

Some important questions for me, please answer me.
Why we need isolated 12v for egs002 boad and why you connect a feedback in form output to egs002 board. Because you already connect a feedback from 450v capacitor to 3525 ic circuit.
"I need a separate power supply for EGS002 because I want to isolate 220V from the 12V battery. Otherwise, if you touch the battery terminals, you may get a shock. Secondly, I am not using the voltage feedback of KA3525."

i downloaded the gerber file and received pcb from JLC.
i designed the 12dc to 350vdc converter using tl494 and EI33 core, the dc to dc converter part is working fine with 150 watts load. i planned to convert it to pure sine wave so i connect the output of my converter to your board input and i connected the eg8010 board also, the board working fine but am not getting the output
i dont have the inductor and capacitor at the output.
i used 4 nos of irf840 mosfet...
kindly give me the solution for this.
