A Tree Falls at the Zoo

If a tree falls at the zoo, and no one is around to hear it, does is make a sound?
The answer is YES!
Yesterday morning at exactly 9:32 AM a large locust tree along the banks of our pond came crashing down and missed the Jono and Jane Education Center by mere inches! Fortunately no animals or people were injured. We did lose a gutter, some shingles, a crane feeder and a sign.
The scene was capture by a number of cameras around the zoo, as you can see here. Our AXIS pond camera took a good hit, but after a reboot it seems to be working just fine! Thank you AXIS for making such a durable product!

To be fair, it was a bit away from the Red Panda house, and it's rather insulated in there, so the sound probably wasn't so loud out there.
