Great analogy. I've been a single patron shop all the days of my life. One father for forty years, five children and still faithful and l love this man forever. I so don't understand these people.
The last one. That guy’s mom called the girl way out of her name multiple times and had the nerve at the end to say “there’s nothing to be ashamed of” 😐
Ms. Warner should be ashamed of herself. It’s wrong to wait until the man died to fight about a baby he claimed. She’s an evil woman. Grief can bring out some stuff but it has to be in you to come out. That was a coward move to wait until he died.
You know, I feel sorry for this poor girl. But I’m really grateful for this episode because I’m going to take to heart what Judge Lake said- it’s not about how you fall down- it’s about how you get up. I hope she and her child will be okay.
Oh boo hoo hoo, poor that woman, BS. She needs to hold herself accountable, and own up to her mistakes. Always looking to blame men for everything, nonsense.
To add to this... "...judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again." Nelson Mandela. And I wish all of us should learn from this (3rd) episode what Judge Lake advises this beautiful young lady. I am positive she's going to be strong for her children, and be a better person
Some of the stories are so heart breaking, imagine the baby is here and the potential father is deceased and the mother and sister of the deceased man is in court to avoid the baby from having a village, they should just come and wait for the DNA result, and don't past any doubtful remarks
I had to add this for the second case .... My husband was 44 and I was 25 when we got married. He had tried to have a child early in his life but it did not happen. I found out I was pregnant several months before our wedding he accused me of cheating .... Until the ultrasound in the 8th month when there on the screen he saw a small and perfect little profile of her face.... He instantly recognized his own chin nose and pouty lip ... She was born 6 days before our wedding.... We now have 3 daughters and one son. Obviously his ideas that he couldn't have children was wrong. God just wanted those children to be with me ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
If the man is forced to pay for the child that they believe isn't theirs and ends up not being theirs then the mother should pay the money back to the man that was forced to pay the child support. With child support if they don't pay it then they go to jail. So the man can either go to jail or pay the child support. If they go to jail then that goes on their permanent record and makes it extremely hard to get a job.
Reality Check some of these case the mother would put the man name an the birth certificate and if that man didn’t show up for that hearing he would name that man by default and have to paid child support and the court would take the money from his paid check this law is twisted when they garnish his paid even if that man proven to be not the father they would keep taking the money it hard for the court to take back the money only if that mother is honest enough to give him back the money however that money is already well spent that should be illegal in any state
I cried a bucket of tears for that last case. I wish if I can help the young mom . Young women , PLEASE try and stay focus and think MORE about the future and how what we do affects not only us but everyone that surrounds us . God Will make a way for the baby .
It was sad to hear that she was abandoned by her mom in the hospital and grew up in foster care. She had a hard upbringing, and will prayerfully learn how to love herself and do better for herself and her beautiful daughter.
With the second case. Just because he called himself the father doesn't mean he believes that he is the actual father. It just means that he wants to be a father figure to the kids.
In the second case, Parish grandmother is 66, and Parish father is 58. How old was her daughter if Parish father is 58? Only 8 years younger than Parish grandmother? He must have been a much older man with her daughter.
It's possible. The grandmother is 66 so his mother's age could range from 40-46 if Parish was in his late twenties when he passed. She must have had him as a teenager. That would have made Parish's father 28-30 years old when he conceived his son. Which is why they're only 8 years apart.
I hate when they test the father/ grandfather against the child because what if they aren't even the actual father/ grandfather and dont know it. Obviously in this case he was but..
If the result had come back negative, then they'd have tested someone on the maternal line, which is how its normally done because as we've seen from this show, quite often the daddy isn't the daddy. But it was positive, so there wasn't a need to then test the maternal line. DNA is usually done on the maternal side because unless birth records were falsified, the mother or grandmother are always the mother or grandmother. Anyone who's done any genealogical research will know they can only truly trace back on maternal sides because throughout history, women have pinned babies on whoever they want. If your father or grandfather or great grandfather wasn't really your father or grandfather or great grandfather, then all the ancestors before them are NOT your ancestors. Tracing paternal lines is only for interest, it's not proof. Only maternal lines are (usually) guaranteed. On my ex husband's side of his family though, birth records were sometimes falsified with other family members registering births as theirs if an un-married teenager would have shamed the family if an illegitimate child had been officially recognised as theirs, so grandmothers, female cousins, aunts or whoever would register the birth as theirs. In remote areas where births, deaths, marriages were only Registered when a govt official travelled through that area, often once a year, a lot of dodgy stuff went on. I even suspect my maternal grandmother was a ring-in because her birth wasn't Registered at all & back then, it was only Indigenous births that weren't Registered, but families often took in those babies & raised them as their own. They often had to when dumped on their doorstep. She looked it & there's no Indigenous anywhere else in my family. Throws out all my genealogical research if what I believe from her features & lack of birth registration, even though all her other siblings were registered, was true. Family secrets are often kept for a couple of generations but can come out later. So in the past, even maternal lines could be suss. People lie. People lie. People lie & that's something that never changes. Thank god for DNA, it saves a lot of men from raising or paying for kids that aren't theirs. Why the women on this show choose losers though is anyone's guess. If you were going to trap a man, ffs choose one with a professional career & money, not unemployable half-wits 😂.
Why do people always say they fine look like them. when I was a scrub tech and doing c-sections they would always say well who does he look like and my reply would always be he looks like himself! People stop doing that to children
But he's embarrassed that she's saying that he's her child's father, but he should be embarrassed about living in prison, and I think that she's lying about that she gave her ex a DNA test already, she's so confused, lord help her and that beautiful little angel
That last case I thought the judge was way too harsh on the girl. The guy was rude insulting and ridiculous. He was no catch having been in prison. The way he acted when he wasn’t the father was disgusting but she said nothing to him. The girl is lacking direction probably because of her upbringing but he lay down with her and is no better.
One thing to remember is there's a precedence to the court case.. he's probably been hurt by the girl before now. Posting the pix on facebook is enough to hurt anyone esp for an upcoming artist

1 case: grandma lost daughter and grandson I can understand the hesitation in accepting the baby in question. Along, with the grandfather of the baby is now involved and he is 58 yrs and his mother in law 66 that bothered her too. 3 case: girl doesn’t seem like she is lying, but funny that she thinks 6 to 7 kids by different father is what she would consider reckless?!
In the case of the third case, the young man’s mother was not giving testimony. She was disparaging the young woman. That was not relevant testimony. That was her opinion over this young lady. And I frankly think it was unnecessary.
In the case of Parish, I think the G-Mum should be used for the DNA. As we are sure she is the mother. What if the baby’s grandfather is not the biological too.
The strongest % of relatedness would come from the Y (male dna) of the fathers side. The great grandmother of the baby in question would have a lower % of relatedness to the child. Infant in question is 3 generations apart.

The mother in the last case is so beautiful and she needs to love herself more. She need not to have anymore children after this and just focus on the 2 she has to give then a better life.
Granpa said im not here to assassinate nobody character, didnt even finish his sentence before he started assassination of a dead womans character 😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣 killed me when he called her a fake crocodile
With the 3'rd girl she was defensive but he did not have to shame her either. I hope she can gather her courage and find that child's father . & Hopefully these girls can slow down and try to keep up with who & when you go out . The deserves to know
See, this is why I'm glad I followed my mom and Grammas advice and kept my business a single patron shop..... Don't be fast food. It's not good for you OR your waistline. And it's sad because eventually the children will see this and its bad.
Didn't you marry a guy 20 years older than you though? Lol
You didn't get that advice to not do that?
@@martinrideout1080 if they're both consenting adults i dont see an issue there
Great analogy. I've been a single patron shop all the days of my life. One father for forty years, five children and still faithful and l love this man forever. I so don't understand these people.
My God. The level of brokenness in our community. We Must heal. Help us Lord
yes, we really need to heal from the dirty heritage of the sad time of slavery, when men were not fathers but baby-making machines
The last one. That guy’s mom called the girl way out of her name multiple times and had the nerve at the end to say “there’s nothing to be ashamed of” 😐
I CAME HERE TO SAY THIS
That just showed me that the “rappers” mom had empathy and compassion for the young lady. I do agree with your comment as well🙂
The ladies reactions in the back at 1:00 is hilarious
😂😂😂 TOTALLY AGREE
I literally read this comment and I got to see that comedy gem at the same time
Ms. Warner should be ashamed of herself. It’s wrong to wait until the man died to fight about a baby he claimed. She’s an evil woman. Grief can bring out some stuff but it has to be in you to come out. That was a coward move to wait until he died.
For the "too many time adults ", a child doesn't have to look like their parents, it's an offspring not a clone 😉
Thank you!
Yes. We only favor each other! Clone?🤣🤣🤣🤣
They could look different that's what causes so much raucous until the tests come back.
Say it louder for EVERYONE that don't understand
This is why Dna test is important for a man, plus we have also seen cases the baby look like the men and it is not his kid.
It's the audience face for me and the first story when she said she met him on a chat line
You know, I feel sorry for this poor girl. But I’m really grateful for this episode because I’m going to take to heart what Judge Lake said- it’s not about how you fall down- it’s about how you get up. I hope she and her child will be okay.
True, we all make mistakes in our lives...
I'm so glad that he wasn't the father..... I certainly wouldn't want that arrogance passed down to my child
This grandmother is a messsss!!!
"It's not how you fall down but how you get back up❤" Amen
What if the grandfather was not the father!
That Grandma and Sister seem Evil and Jealous.
And that Grandma has an answer for everything.
Some of the stories are so heart breaking, imagine the baby is here and the potential father is deceased and the mother and sister of the deceased man is in court to avoid the baby from having a village, they should just come and wait for the DNA result, and don't past any doubtful remarks
Judge lakes was on spot 👌 with all the cases but she definitely unraveled the parish case that represented the man killed in an accident 😳 Great job!
No she wasn’t she was with that weakass gmaw
They obviously KNEW that he was Parish Sr’s father otherwise they’d test the grandmother
Shorty in the purple behind her facial expressions are killing me 🤣
Listening in my car...
1st case:
Man: She called me and told me she was pregnant
Judge: what did you say?
My gps: turn left onto 1st ave north
😂😂😂😂😂
Every partenity court episode:
Plaintiff: he looks just like him
Defendant: I can't see myself in his features
Yeah and people need to quit focusing on the looks. There are two sets of DNA in every child
Grandma went off when her grandson’s father said something about her daughter. She hit the roof
God just wanted those children to be with me ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
You are definitely cheating on him. Do a DNA 🧬 test to confirm how many babies are his.

DNA
People who marry others 20+ years older should be disgusted with themselves.
Amen. Beautiful.❤️🙏🏾❤️
Put it on God.
Judge: “We blaming GOD now?!” 😭😂
If the man is forced to pay for the child that they believe isn't theirs and ends up not being theirs then the mother should pay the money back to the man that was forced to pay the child support. With child support if they don't pay it then they go to jail. So the man can either go to jail or pay the child support. If they go to jail then that goes on their permanent record and makes it extremely hard to get a job.
Exactly it's a 2 way street
I agree and any man caught not paying child support should be castrated cuz there are too many of both.
@@cdanila314 probably not castrated. That should only be for pedophiles and worse.
,you are as right
Reality Check some of these case the mother would put the man name an the birth certificate and if that man didn’t show up for that hearing he would name that man by default and have to paid child support and the court would take the money from his paid check this law is twisted when they garnish his paid even if that man proven to be not the father they would keep taking the money it hard for the court to take back the money only if that mother is honest enough to give him back the money however that money is already well spent that should be illegal in any state
I cried a bucket of tears for that last case.
My question is why is a DNA test not mandatory?? It would end all this bs from the start!
Its expensive !
@@Jsarmy87124I would gladly pay taxes so fathers know who their kids are, and kids know who their fathers are. ❤ It would save a lot of heartache.
I really liked how the mom said, “Keep your head up. We all made mistakes.”
Why does he have to catch a bus or get a ride to the hospital??? So he can make a baby, but can’t get over to see a baby? 🤡 😂
He did. he caught the bus! Maybe he doesn’t have license
I'm so glad she didn't say I told you so. But then she had to say I can't tell. Lol
1st case: I never understand how a child's first word is "daddy" if "daddy" ain't around.
“Daddy” doesn’t have to be around for that to be a child’s first word. My son’s first word was Dada and his biological father wasn’t around.
Dada is phonetically the 1st sound most babies say. They don't know what it means.
it’s because its an easier word for the baby to say, it has nothing to do with who is around 😂
With the second case. Just because he called himself the father doesn't mean he believes that he is the actual father. It just means that he wants to be a father figure to the kids.
How could you cry without tears 😳
Dehydrated?
When he said "where the tears at "killed me

In the second case, Parish grandmother is 66, and Parish father is 58. How old was her daughter if Parish father is 58? Only 8 years younger than Parish grandmother? He must have been a much older man with her daughter.
That’s probably why’ she’s so bitter towards him .
I thought it was those 2 that were married 🥶
@Reina Macaren-a me too! The he said he was his dad and I was like 😮
It's possible.
The grandmother is 66 so his mother's age could range from 40-46 if Parish was in his late twenties when he passed. She must have had him as a teenager. That would have made Parish's father 28-30 years old when he conceived his son. Which is why they're only 8 years apart.
Momma JaMarcus woke up and chose violence 🤣
I hate when they test the father/ grandfather against the child because what if they aren't even the actual father/ grandfather and dont know it. Obviously in this case he was but..
I have thought the same thing.
My thoughts as well..
Exactly my thought
I was just thing that plot twist
Rebecca and tatianna havin a great time inna back chattin😂
😂😂😂😂
And I’m here for it! If I was next to them, I’d be doing the same thing 😂😂😂😂😂!
Why do people always say they fine look like them. when I was a scrub tech and doing c-sections they would always say well who does he look like and my reply would always be he looks like himself! People stop doing that to children
2nd case if worried about money grandma then make a will where he gets nothing. The mom still gets social security
Ms HOslinger has the right name.
She had it coming tho
One thing to remember is there's a precedence to the court case.. he's probably been hurt by the girl before now. Posting the pix on facebook is enough to hurt anyone esp for an upcoming artist
Well that would be new. Cause she's always on the guys.
She slept with her stalker the refrigerator guy. 👀👀👀👀👀
This first case. This woman is a compulsive liar

I thought that little boy looks just like his father on the first episode. I hope that he becomes a father. I hope the second one, that they can all start new. The 3rd one, I hope she finds the father of the beautiful little girl. I feel sorry for her, being raised in foster care. I hope she gets it together.
Hello, how are you.
Phone chat lines?????? Throw the phones away!!!!!!!
I always wonder when they use the grandfather for testing…..he may or may not have been the father of his son
Hello, how are you Lynn.
exactly. testing should be done using a maternal relative
@@khaylasgranny Would have to use the grandfather dna, because the Y chromosome (which make the child a male) can only come from the father and from his family.
@@nobullplease23 uhmm ok ... Again a maternal relative is best , that can also be the maternal grandfather. My point was that we know the mother is related but by using the paternal relatives for testing can go wrong if that paternity was never established..... I think you misread or misunderstood my original comment
It was true..cope harder
I agree with you. I feel for that beautiful young lady. It’s been sometime when this aired and I hope she has had and having a much better life ❤
In the case of Parish, I think the G-Mum should be used for the DNA. As we are sure she is the mother. What if the baby’s grandfather is not the biological too.
exactly
Then I would think the baby would come back as not related if that was the case.
The strongest % of relatedness would come from the Y (male dna) of the fathers side. The great grandmother of the baby in question would have a lower % of relatedness to the child. Infant in question is 3 generations apart.
what year was this because its 2023 and he still not famous 😂😂

Girl on right "wish I wasn't"
Don’t understand some women why are you bringing a man to your own home? Please date a man who have his own house. Stop bringing men into your homes.
They may loose out on a good one, all good men wouldn't have their own home. My husband's first wife got the home , which is how he provided and made sure they had a roof over their head.
Is it your home??
Attention men, NEVER move into a woman's house, if you want to date and be in a serious relationship have your partner move into your house, or you two can buy a house together, but never under any circumstances should you, a MAN ever move into a woman's house.

He just stated that the bio mom of parish sr was out on the streets and he was too he admitted it
