The next patch Flak isnt allowed to equip weapons, relics, grenade mods, or class mods. If any weapon enters his inventory he instantly dies and his playthrough is reset. You can only melee and equip cosmetics to your axe.

Gearbox's next "balancing" patch be like:
•Reduced Lucian's call damage by 70%
•Increased the Lob's damage by 5%
they're like surgeons with tremors. not only do they neuter it, they also cut off its back legs

Sadly it will most likely happen, Gearbox is trying to balance a game that has never been about balance, all they have to do is fix bugs and glitches and leave everything else intact.

You don't realize how much you depend on the crutches till they get balanced properly, now my build is tankier, does more damage, has far more room to grow gear-wise as my class mod and relic are super junk, and I'm making great use of some of the Maliwan weapons I've really liked, but couldn't justify over a flakker.

• We found a bug where players were able to kill enemies. Now, when playing as Fl4k all damage will heal enemies, and damage Fl4k and any nearby allies.
• We also noticed some people were enjoying fun weapons. So now, all weapons will become single shot Jakob’s shotguns with the same parts, and prefix.

@@dio4296 From what i've read its the player generation that have not played through borderlands before. So they keep bitching and moaning about things not being balanced.
Ive played through every single borderlands game including the DLC's.
My point of view is if your a borderlands veteran than honestly there is very little they need to fix.
If your not than you will struggle with the games mechanics.
For example: Zane. Remember before he got buffed people were complaining he was too weak?
I played through with Zane and I did not have a problem.
Other people who havent played through borderlands before would struggle because his build is built around two special skills (sacrificing grenades) rather than just one.
But even than you build him right and your drone can rain down grenades and that's a ton of damage depending on which grenade you use.
Sorry I tend to babble. But thats my theory anyway.

@@bodomfucked Totally agree with you, i've also been a fan of this game since Borderlands 1 and this has never been an issue before (except for Conference Call + The Bee combo).
Gearbox tends to even keep glitches like General Knoxx armory glitch, Zer0's B0re or Rising Sh0t+The Hive. They never nerfed guns like the Grogg Nozzle which made Salvador freaking immortal, it's really annoying seeing all these fun builds being neutered for no reason...

It seems like they are trying to slow the progress of the game, but if you got the game at drop , then all your characters are at cap by now soooooo... Gearbox just lift the cap to 72 already.

This build looks great but I always get the feeling when I see these on RUclips that Gearbox are always watching aswell and if it looks like too much fun and that people are enjoying themselves, they'll be working on putting an end to it.

it's the sound of a bullet added to your mag (like with the king/queen's call.
I some how found a legendary class mod for fl4k that does +25% weapon damage and +45% Jakobs critical hit damage. Needless to say the Rowans call is very OP.
I found a similar one but it was assault rifle damage and 45 crit percent on Jacob's aswell. Been using it on my infinite ammo Moze.

Not sure how many people know but [+28% Increased Splash damage] and [+33% increased explosive damage] are final multipliers when calculating explosive damage. A bit busted atm.
The flacker and any other explosive weapons are broken with them. That includes Rakks. I'm hitting 65K per Rakk consistently.

Deathless artifact with +30% grenade damage and +33% Aoe damage.
Front loader shield with anointed 20% skill cooldown.

Also, you should have a 35k shield and 65% damage resistance constantly via scorcher pet.
-Borderlands 3 was never intended to be a game, rather a magic trick so we've decided to completely remove it.
I've been passing on so many weapons because I've got nowhere to put them.
Simply start a new character, join a friend, go to sanctuary, max inventory space, pull all legendaries out of bank. Boom. Bank toon. You're welcome.
Honestly, been using the ward on my speed-zane permanently, absolutely essential for healing and bonus speed damage
@Joltzdude139 is has worked so well against all enemies and bosses the one flaw for me is that I use my cryo hex and then I cant sprint so I get knocked down but still works even when down thanks for this build I can 1 tap my freind with this flakker ty

When you ADS with the dictator it narrows down the line of bullets to its makes even more powerful at close range
It’s good but I tested it out solo in slaughter shaft it doesn’t hold up, the rocket zealots do way too much damage and you cannot heal yourself enough with melees, there is still the bug that makes them target you even after you go invisible so that doesn’t work either.
So It’s good on paper but if the slightest bit of chaos arises the build falls apart unfortunately, fun build on just casual missions in the world though.
I could see this being fun with friends. Add a dome Zane and you'll be even better at locking down an area.
And this build wishes we had some sort of horde/defense mode or mission.

moses benton Good Fl4k builds for mobbing do not use Fade Away. They are almost always the other two skill trees, which have been buffed and have significantly better anointed items.
@@mosesbenton318 use the pocket rakks action skill. It deals insane damage, has low cooldown, and it homes in on enemies. Plus, it makes me feel like a mage for some reason 😁. really good for mobbing.
The whole point for these guns and skill tree's is to feel like an unstoppable badass, but nerfing these builds takes some of the fun away...
I'm convinced B3, like Pre-Sequel, was intended for multiple players, hence all the padded abilities. It's an online thing that the industry can't refuse. At the same time everyone knows we generally want to play single player and so we end up with overloaded enemies and lackluster gear.
All of the fun.... and its a pve game so whats the point gear box

Mikaielh Van Buren it would make the game way to easy for example imagine playing BL1 but your completely unable to die and you can kill any enemy in seconds, it somewhat can ruin the rush or excitement of a game knowing you can't die. a gamer knowing he can fail or die in the game makes him feel more accomplished when he wins, if he just never dies or one shots all enemies it's basically pointless, there simply isn't any challenge only effortless wins.
@@trinidadiannerd so because thats not how you want to play the game no one should be allowed to play it like that. Plus mayhem is basically fucking impossible unless you use one of these over powered builds

Atlas launchers are good.
You know what sucks about the Brawler shield? The Guardian skill that recharges your shield kinda makes it super inconsistent. You can't just have your shield always down in a fight.

I'm considering not even going down that part of the tree yet, and hopefully Gearbox will change it so that it doesnt limit build options.

Been playing since day 1 and not once have I ever seen any artifact with knife drain.
Even green relics can get Knife Drain. It's a prefix so any kind of relic can spawn as "Knife Drain" You likely just left some lower rarity versions on the ground because it's pretty improbable that they just never dropped considering it's a prefix and not a specific artifact.
@@TitoMcFadden I've seriously never had one. I used to store every new item in the bank regardless of rarity and never had it. Still haven't but I hardly play any more. Got boring. Just one of them things though, thats why they have trading isn't it

Tbh i haven't touched the blue tree ever. Its just useless compared to the other 2. Maybe if they buffed that tree instead of nerfing the other 2 more peopls would use it

Listen... Bl1 didn't have alot of op stuff in it. Bl2 had a ton of op broken stuff because that team did not care. Bl3 is being balanced because the team doesn't want an op broken one build mess like bl2. SHUT UP ABOUT THE NERFS. THEY AREN'T EVEN NERFS. HALF OF YOU COMPLAINING HAVENT EVEN TESTED WHAT THEY CHANGED. BALANCED IS NEEDED IN THE GAME. I've played all the games I hated bl2 the most because of how op you had to be to even play it. I loved the pre sequel because of its balance. Bl3 is going to be my favorite because I don't to be a sal with a grog nozzle to defeat enemies.

I don't have any of the guns, coms and artifacts for the build... well I guess I have to farm Graveward for like a year.
Get a scourge and a unforgiven pistol. 1 shot graveward: fire scourge at chest, swap to unforgiven aim at chest. Dodge green ball collect loot

Farm him offline, he 'll drop like 3 legendaries on average
@@MrButchersTube That's not the problem, the real problem is to get what I want. It's annoying kill him like a 1000 times and never get a Lucian's or a Bounty Hunter COM or a Good elemental Lyuda, etc.
@@ferbenitez836 Try to clear Slaugter shaft with a artifact that says 12.32 more luck. You should get tonnes of anointed legendarys there and some decent purple alien guns ass well. The Torgue launcher that consumes 5 ammo is pretty good.
This maybe dumbest question but why does your artifact have that horizontal band across it?All mine have just a vertical looking. Does that happen when you max out your skill tree or something
Off topic from this video but i started playing through this game again for the forth time and i realized how horrible the voice acting really is.
the main villain in BL2, Handsome Jack actually felt like a proper villain while the COV gang just sounds like some kids who didn’t get what they wanted for Christmas. there is no depth to the voices and what makes it even worse is the horrible synchronization between the characters moving and their voices, the best example of this would be Maya throwing her hands around. The best voice in the game is the Jackhammer and it’s a freaking gun!

A very good replacement for the tediore weapon is the Dive Face Puncher
It procs the Knife Drain 7 to 14 times per shot depending on the variant so that is most definitely a great choice.

I've been playing borderlands since launch of 1 and I've always used my old xbox. Now I cant use it for 3 and I'm too poor to buy a pc and get the game. It's so hard to watch these videos because I know I wont be able to enjoy this great game, and that hurts

go farm the legendary hunt jabber in voracious canopy, you hit them with cryo they will duplicate and you can have like 100 of them, on mayhem 3 I leveled my moze from level 32 to 50 in 20 min :)

I got an Otchky the Dictator with double penetration and lucky roll with rare crit dmg bonus, now it is like a killer with this build.

I like how you show off your build/loadout but only have a few of the how to find guides in your library. Unless I'm missing something only half of your loadout can be found in your video library.
Most of that stuff are probably all world drops which makes it hard to make a video about and i got half of everything he got just from circle slaughter

Why does your health get low, like around 200-400 and not drop any lower? It seems like you have damage reduction when you get low or something. It looks like you should just go into second wind immediately but you don’t
There is a mechanic in the Borderlands games called health gate. If you take a massive amount of enemy damage, you will stop at a sliver of health. That is done to give the player time to regen their health.

Cool build but definitely not viable in the Slaughter Shaft. Especially with Anointed enemies being immune to cryo. Most enemies in there down me before I can close the gap and get a melee/heal.

Doing a BL trilogy run with friends, we are finishing up BL2 soon and moving on to 3, which I have never played. I have just recently come across your content and it all seems super helpful! - though from what I have seen, it looks like you're BL3 content is out of date, and I'm not sure what is applicable anymore.
In BL1 I played mordacai, and Zer0 in 2, and I can't decide between Fl4k or Zane.. Fl4k looks like he *used* to be good, but from what I understand, he has been nerfed hard and Zane buffed into godhood.
Just looking for what is TG e most applicable and what would be the most fun in Co/op, but still viable solo

I run a "gunslinger" build for FL4K, which means unforgiven is my primary, and then my classmod isn't very specific but the one I have gives me like 35% jakobs damage, which has me one shotting nearly anything in the game, its ridiculous, but mainly for mobbing but bosses still die way too fast too, the secondaries I use tend to be smgs or mgs, just anything you enjoy really it's a flexible and efficient build. I'd suggest it
Legendaries at the lowest prices XD "$8.99" for a gun that would likely drop in one day of farming. Too bad Joltz can't get rid of their bullshit. That's hilarious though.
Ive got 100's of legendary, but not 1 of the ones you said for shield, class mod the last one. seems like i really need those to make this work.
get a blue shotgun with 18x or more in one shot + sticky bombs. get the add bullets to magazine skill or it wont work.
use your build, and one shot anything in the game with fade away. even if it's just 3% a sticky now after being nerfed, i can still do it as before (it was 10%! wtf gearbox)

I think I might have a double shot dictator? Mine has a ×6 multiplier and shoots that many pellets without bipod mode, is this something that was changed recently or am I just lucky?
The big game skill downs affect anything outside of hunter skill tree so furious attack is unaffected by it. Also you won’t get any benefit from your class mod boosting frenzy unless you invest points in it, you made it sound like you do.

I'm working on an invincible flak using the stop cap and health Regen rakks and the life steal relic with a face puncher I'm trying to get a stop cap that regens in 5 seconds but it might not be possible
What is this? Salvador's DPUH and Grog Nozzle again? Or even Deputy Salvador?
Calling it now, all this will be nerfed. Gearbox doesn't believe in fun for some reason.
