I passed my practical driving exam today in Mainz, and your video helped me so much! I started off driving a bit like Reeta and with the help of my actual driving teacher, and my virtual driving teacher here😊 now I am fully confident to drive in Germany. Can you please share all the videos where a student 'failed' and explain why he/she failed. May be you can make a single video of all the failures or a video about the mistake most students do. It is a great learning from others' mistakes.
We've only had 2 students failing this year until now. One recorded and published (the highway guy with overtaking right side) the other one not recorded. ❤️☮️

I fed up with my driving school I have been doing Fahrstunde since February…but still my teacher said I am not fit for the practical exam… They cancelled all my driving appointments..when they sick or for other exam… I feel so sad…. Noone drive 100% perfect… I have done around 30 Fahrstunde 😢 I don’t know why it happened only to me😢😢😢😢😢😢

Its really interesting, I know very much now about driving here but I still pick little things up when I watch these, and am I'm sad to say wrong about them, take 3:25 for example, it is right before left meaning you have priority, I would have thought myself that cars coming from the left would not have to wait and id have been looking for them, in order to slow down if any were coming from my left there. I said I know very much, there's still much I do not know lol Actually after watching that part a couple of times, trying to convince myself im right and the person with many years of experience and who is a teacher is wrong, I realise that the road has no markings, our lane is direct and so it makes sense we have priority hehe.
And at 21:24 we are at the same place from the other direction. The left turn and that we have to wait for oncoming traffic has nothing to do with the situation at the triangle island 10 meters later. From both sides are no priority signs placed. That means that the basic rule "right before left" is valid. The right side of the island always has the priority in this situation. At 3:25 priority for us, at 21:24 we have to wait if someone is also turning into that street. Unfortunately there is no rule or system how the priority at the triangle islands is. They mix it up just like they want... ❤️☮️

I am from the UK, and although I have lived now in Germany for a few years, things are oddly still very new to me here, roads and driving are one example. The yellow diamond is the priority sign which means you have to keep driving without looking for right before left.yo u have the priority to drive straight until u see a stop or give way sign or end of priority sign wich is the Yellow diamond with 3 black strikes over it

It is very unfortunate to being failed without any proper reason. I had my exam, but I was considered failed without any reason. Once I was told that missed STOP child and the other times other things.

There is only a give way sign there. So the driver just needs to watch first and if it is free, they can go.

It's a public street but they overdrive a curbstone. The rule says: if you overdrive a curbstone to enter the street you have to wait
