how many people clicked on this because of the Netflix "American crime story" season 2.. as a Canadian born in '96 I had always known her NAME but never really recalled what she looked like until I watched the Netflix series and became curious! I'm very appreciative of the normalcy of professionals talking about this stuff for everyone to view. A few years ago I thought I wanted multiple procedures done if I could ever find a way to afford it.. now at age 26 I know that I personally want to keep it less invasive until I have nothing to lose as long as I feel confident in my self. I don't think I could ever go through the process of a breast enhancement or a bbl it is so invasive and so likely it won't go the way I would imagine it. I am SOOOOO thankful I didn't jump the gun around age 24 when I wanted to. Don't get me wrong I did get a little lip flip done with a high quality type filler I forget all the details but they still look great/very natural and it's been almost two years and my lips still look completely normal just a little less thin that they are naturally. I realized these things should be done VERY mindfully and only to ENHANCE natural features not completely change your appearance because of what society believes the new beauty standard is AT THAT TIME.. I cannot imagine is I had the funds to try and compete in the modern beauty competition that is *life* especially with social media being the way it is, I would have had a severe identity crisis and god knows what terrible complications and health problems from attempting to "keep up with the joneses"..

The fact that silicone was so recently used this way and most people feel it is the patient's fault if something goes wrong should be enough to keep you from trying a lot of these procedures. The fact that real doctors and nurses did this to someone (who's very rich and certainly had access to the best) without thinking through what would happen to the Silicone over time is disgusting. We're encouraged to think about things so short term - the mentality is you're gonna go back and get more and more maintenance work done - that's how people end up this far down the road and regular people don't always have resources to fix it. There are some doctors who should get their licenses pulled. It makes you question which trendy procedures of today will we look back on in 20 years and blame the people with the distorted faces who fell for it?

What you say makes absolute sense. I may be way off, but Barbra Streisand… right? She’s an example of what you’re saying IMHO. Oddly beautiful all this time and to this day with her legendary nose.
We’ll said 🙏
She is a very kind & generous lady.
how many people clicked on this because of the Netflix "American crime story" season 2.. as a Canadian born in '96 I had always known her NAME but never really recalled what she looked like until I watched the Netflix series and became curious!
Appreciate your compassion and understanding on her life and why she May has done these. It’s important to try to understand more than judge
She was a beautiful woman before the plastic surgery.
Dr. Not your is my RUclips Surgery channel crush! 😍😍😍. Besides that, he's very informative and never insulting. Keep the videos coming!!!
I have no words for that thumbnail....NONE!
She is not just the sister of Gianni. She is the brand's chief creative officer. She is Versace's designer. All plastic surgeons who injected silicon or do damage should be persecuted. It's their fault. The patients trust plastic surgeons.
No it’s her fault for not being grateful what God gave her and not accepting ageing as part of life. Vanity, vanity…
Yup, her fault entirely, she looks almost masculine, very weird. Smoking & too much sun takes it’s toll & can’t be rectified by surgery, she made herself look grotesque.
WOW, WHAT A CHANGE IN HER APPEARANCE.
SHE WAS AN ATTRACTIVE WOMAN, NOW DOES LOOK ALIEN.
Man oh man. I ADORE THIS SURGEON! He has the best suggestions, always. Very reserved and never is a proponent for aggressive alteration.
If I had the $$ I’d go see him in an instant.
❤️❤️
I like the way she looks. Her nose is very Donatella, the change might make her look very different, like actress from dirty dancing.
“Dabbling..?” Well that’s an understatement! 😲
This proves that aging gracefully is the only way to go.
Or get a good doctor.
Ihave had breast augmentation in my late 30’s, I was very tiny and have been super happy. I will also admit I was quite vain until I turned 50 and started to “ relax “ a little more .
Now 58 I have considered botox etc, even tho I’m not too wrinkled at all. Being vain comes w a price, I’m leaving my face alone ! My mom is 84 and stunning so I will age gracefully 💖🤷🏼♀️☺️
The blond hair and brows is not flattering to her skin tone, and her make up is very severe making her look gaunt and old.
Similar to Britney Spears’ makeup. Thick black eyeliner on the top and bottom doesn’t look good on them.
Thank you, always so interesting, proffesional and informative. I love the little giggle, it sounds so cute :))
No matter how "good" the results eventually, ugh. We all want to look good but confidence, kindness and a good diet helps make one look healthy and proud.
She now resembles Mickey Rourke. She's the same age as me and looks much older. And I've had nothing done.
Nothing can help or fix the disaster she’s created n it’s so sad
Man this is so sad. I've seen pictures of her and I thought perhaps they were faked just to create a story. How horrifying that someone did these things to themselves. Poor lady.
she looks creepy no matter how you frame it
At 16, you get the face god gave you.At 40, you get the face you deserve.😳😳😳
Maybe you could up that to sixty. Most of the 40 year olds I know are still youthful looking.
You miss the point at 40 you have the face which reflects your inner feelings , all marked on your face
That is why people who were good looking at 16 , become at 40 well SAD looking to say the least
Others just grow old still retaining a good face
Whatever its the only one you get so look after it
*God
Donatella ignore this man you are beautiful the way you are. 💯
Everyone should consult Cher's surgeon before doing anything!!!
Amen to that! I hope her surgeon trained thousands of doctors so that they can carry on the EXCELLENT work. She looks incredibly beautiful
Or Jacklyn Smiths surgeon
@@gennyolson2257 Ooooh good one! She has also done extremely well for herself
Goldie Hawn, has the same silicone, after effects. Do Goldie next!!!
At 62 years old, I feel happy with my face
I love your chuckle 😊!
She looks like a Klingon now. She was lovely naturally.
I AGREE WITH U DR. !!! THAT SIDESHOT OF HER NOSE BEING FIXED WOULD HELP DRAMATICALLY AND GET RID OF THE CRYPTKEEPER LOOK
She definitely needs to get updated on her makeup.
Agreed. Her eye makeup does not look good.
Finally a new video 🥳
Why does a 67 year old need a youthful appearance?
Carol Alt is in her 60s and she looks incredible including the skin on her arms, chest and back. She could pass for 40 something. We need an explanation!!!
Dr Gary can you please go over what happened to Pricilla Presley face ?
I think Giannies passing has affected her deeply, I saw some interviews, she is such a nice lady, to her staff, modells, so nice
When you’re describing things can you please leave at the photo up longer so we can see what you’re talking about?
She has always been homely..
She would scare a small child.
She would scare an adult too.
It would be very startling to have someone approach you looking like this.
@@howellomaha You gave me a good laugh. Thank you. It is tragic though.
Why judge her ? if she is happy let it BE.....look at the wonderful design of clothes she has given back to us !!!!! and outstanding FASHION SHOWS.
She is also a very strong woman in all aspects of her life. ENJOY WHAT SHE HAS GIVEN heart
❤💞💕❣🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
She completely destroyed her looks. It's very sad.
She could do light brown hair and a pixie cut. Get the eyebrows brown. But your suggestions would be fantastic.
You - She had a brow lift
Me - What brows??
Seriously though she has had all this work done and if she would fill in her brows or have them filled in it would make a huge difference! Maybe she’s going for that weird alien look.
Well that IS a rather fabulous and fierce look, the "weird alien" one 😁....
@@alexysq2660 to each their own.
@@Momma_AL Oh, YES : very m u c h so, i completely agree. And i sincerely do positively adore **La🔥Donatella*;* had just found that comment t o o funny to resist replying actually.... ~💖
These people seriously be going through some stuff when they take it this far I actually have some compassion for them
The person who recommended the plastic surgeon must envy her. I would fired my personal assistance.
Agreed! They are victims of malpractice, really.
"Untimely murdered" Is there ever a good time to get murdered?
Love your videos!
Yeah, wouldn't murder always be untimely?
*@Karen Music* You certainly do make a most valid point, to say the very least 😊...! ~💖
Truth 😂🤣😂🤣🤣😂
Why is camera on the doc and NOT on Donatella so we can see what he is talking about. It is necessary to look at Donatella when listening to explanations. It is not necessary to look at the doctor.
Ego
This video should be interesting. Someone with plenty of money and access to surgery, procedures, top products etc who SHOULD look good but doesn't.
Priscilla Presley had a few issues with Silicone...allegedly! :)
I think what happened to Priscilla was cement! Really. The surgeon injected something that solidified in her face like cement. I think she talked about it. And it isn't removable.
She's given multiple interviews discussing the botched job. It's no secret!
Her brother was “untimely murdered,” as opposed to all the murders that occurred in a timely fashion? Ha!
Hahaha I thought that as well
Ultimately means "in the end."
@@Ariadne76-k3d 'untimely' not 'ultimately'
Am wondering if he might not actually have meant that *Gianni V* had his life stolen at an early age...? ~💖
