That was another interesting video. I’m always amazed at all of the crazy factory machines that are involved. Some engineer designs a really big machine who's only function is to curl a lip on a cup faster than the blink of an eye, yet each one of those crazy big machines seamlessly works together to create hundreds of thousands of perfect items in a day. Factories are so fascinating. Your commentary is always amusing, too. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Sorry, Not Flexo printing, but rotary gravure - which is the high-capacity version of intaglio. The printer rollers surfaces are a high-hardness, high-polish chromium steel with the indentations traditionally made with a diamond scribe, but now with laser-ablation etching. The high-hardness allows for 10's of millions to 100's of millions of impressions. The high polish is needed as the tiniest scratch ends up as a 'print' mark. The 'scraper' is called the doctor blade. Flexo was used to print the boxes that the cups went into. Loved the video!

They obviously wash their hands. I'd wager that these cups are cleaner if not as clean as the utensils and plates you eat your food on when you order out.
@@jozefmrkvicka4223 The mother nature generously allows us to grow trees over and again for indefinite period of time! Why not utilize it? Moreover, tree pulps can be easily recycled compared to plastics! Grow, utilise, recycle+grow

첫번째부터... 잘못되었네요 제대로된 공장은 번호판달린 (실외) 지게차는 공장으로 들어올수가없습니다. 클린룸인데 어찌 매연이나오는 내연기관차가 들어오나요.
전기지게차를 사용하는것이 정상입니다.

Touched by hand at a number of stages. Clearly, one should not assume that they are sterile, even if most microbes would die before reaching the user.
They obviously wash their hands. I'd wager that these cups are cleaner if not as clean as the utensils and plates you eat your food on when you order out.
