As a 10years experience I think I can comment on it, I disagree, all the IT issues which was mentioned are in the service based companies like TCS, Wipro, CTS etc., but if you move to a product based company you are safe even if its 30+ 40+ but life style like health, wealth management you should take care. Once you start earning a decent some try to save it and invest it in MF and stocks which should be around 20% of your monthly income and have a long term goal customized for your need and stop the excess spending and immediate gratefication I started with 7k per month in 2013, now I'm in 28LPA in over 10 years. So its not so scary as it was projected. Ofcourse Health, Wealth, Relationship is a KEY
Very good content nandha , I'm 36+ , 10+ Exp , change the role from dev to support , so less salary , and having bad health conditions like diabetes and High BP.

1)A pg doctor definitely gets more leisure time than, 8-5 IT employees brh... If they really care they can go to gym
2)9-10 hrs SCREEN munnadiye irukanumnu avasiyam illa doctor ku, less screentime-healthy eye, brain etc
3)Becoming old it's hard for an IT employee to get job, but doctors have heavy demand...
4)A doctor speaks to a plenty of people everyday which is less stressful unlike IT employees..
5)As a doctor he updates himself technologically, lesser than IT employees,as they have TECHNICIANS working in the hospital for accuracy...
6)After a couple of years a DOCTOR can open his own clinic, but for IT engineers STARTUPs and UNICORNs are a little difficult...
Naa (DOCTOR>ENGINEER) nu sollala brh, each sector has its own advantages.... Like IT engineer will start to earn at age 22(even it's high or low)... But a medical student will get his first salary at 24/25 then PG for even more good money

With 12 + yrs experience in IT, no matter who you are, critical resource or manager or fresher. You're always replaceable. Work pressure and work load is everywhere in every sector. In IT you just need to upskill and keep moving. Keep changing company if you feel burnout. And mainly DON'T BE LOYAL to your company. At the end of the day, your mental health and happiness is more important than anything. Don't compromise for anything in work-life for your mental health.

As a 10years experience I think I can comment on it,
I disagree, all the IT issues which was mentioned are in the service based companies like TCS, Wipro, CTS etc., but if you move to a product based company you are safe even if its 30+ 40+ but life style like health, wealth management you should take care. Once you start earning a decent some try to save it and invest it in MF and stocks which should be around 20% of your monthly income and have a long term goal customized for your need and stop the excess spending and immediate gratefication
I started with 7k per month in 2013, now I'm in 28LPA in over 10 years. So its not so scary as it was projected. Ofcourse Health, Wealth, Relationship is a KEY
He mentioned that the most of the cases not the all IT person, you can say your comment but you can't disagree it
