Here's a thought that popped into my head re the advice to read a chapter of Proverbs every day for a month: Five months don't have enough days to finish. So guess which chapter you don't get to until you go above and beyond? The one about finding a wife. Metaphor much?
@@graywarden8340 February, April, June, September, and November don't have a 31st day, so if you were reading one chapter a day, you wouldn't get to chapter 31 - with it's instructions about an excellent wife - during those months unless you went above and beyond one chapter a day. Clearer? 🙂
Your quote from Alexander is not Scripture, that is not what God said. When you say these things you bring them out as if they are the Word of God. And at the same time you imply that the female has no impact on the temperature of the family. In other words, you believe the wife has no impact on the health, peace and success of the family...
Thanks so much Canon Press for posting this. It motivates me to be a man like my Grandfathers and my father.
Amen!

A dark reality, really. That sixth month, though. These men will be changed.
I've been doing that and Psalms monthly for decades.
@@CanonPress You mean the other seven months. 🙂
I might be dumb, I don't understand this Comment...
